We went to pickup a package at 240 W 5th Street and the website reads opens st 9 am closes at 9 pm. We arrived at 5:55 pm and they were closed!!

The services provided at this place by the cashier are below basic customer service standards! One of the employees at the location of 240 5th st in downtown Oxnard are of an arrogant and condescending person towards clients. Take your business elsewhere!

Very bad customer service from the female cashier at this location. Makes transactions and overall experiences very unpleasant for customers. Do not recommend their services!
