Went in for a rotation and tire repair. Tires were too old and I sorta knew that. But they set me up with 4 new tires. Was done in a little over an hour.

Car died in a parking lot and we had to chose a place for the tow. Mountain View allowed us to have the car towed there and worked with us while we got the money together to get the repair done.
Towed on a Tuesday, they fixed it Wednesday, we picked it up Thursday with no issues! Pricing was more than fair, the communication and service was above and beyond.
We won’t take our car to any other place.
Jason, Andy, and the crew were awesome. Highly recommend!

I had an experience that at first wasn’t the best. I had an appointment for mid afternoon and upon arrival I was told that there’s a good chance they won’t even be able to work on my vehicle that day due to lack of technicians. I was a little upset taking time off work to get this done and reluctantly rescheduled for the next day. I was able to bring the car in and drop it off at 8am even though my appointment wasn’t until 3:30pm. The manager, Josh, was very accommodating, clear in communication and had my vehicle taken care of before noon. No issues and they even went above and beyond fixing a small tire leak that I was unaware of.
