I only came to this pharmacy because this is were my referral was sent to and for being a first time patient here I had the worst experience ever. The girls in the front don't have proper work etiquette they have a terrible attitude. I was charged for one of the things I needed which I was never informed it wouldn't be covered by the insurance and the pharmacist just said "yeah sorry" very nonchalantly. I don't think they have proper customer service training or proper work etiquette to be dealing with patients/customers. Also when I spoke to Leslie Ambriz over the phone she asked for all my information before even letting me explain why I was calling. I was on hold previous to this interaction and I waited patiently I'm not sure why she was in such a rush when I told her she was being unprofessional and unpleasant she got defensive instead of offering a solution or maybe apologizing for her demeanor. Would not recommend this pharmacy there's other options I would suggest you try those!

I have been coming to OMAC pharmacy since my childhood. After moving out of the county and state a number of times, I have returned to my locally owned pharmacy. I have typically found it busy but efficient and have appreciated the bilingual service provision. On my latest visit (1/3/24, around 4 pm), while waiting in line I observed a female clerk’s demeanor towards Spanish speaking clients. She did not wait for clients to come to the counter to ask for their information, but called loudly (practically yelling) to them to ask if they are picking up a prescription while they were still in line, rather than calling them up to the counter. Her tone was arrogant, her volume unnecessarily loud, and her cadence snappy. She came off as indignant to work with Spanish speakers, as well as impatient and disrespectful towards them. When my turn came, she behaved the same way. I waited to arrive to the counter before answering the questions she yelled out to me in Spanish. I replied in English after observing and experiencing her behavior towards Spanish speakers. I was in the middle of stating my name when she cut me off to ask my birthdate. I stated it for her and she again cut me off and repeated my birthdate wrong twice. The third time I restated my birthdate more loudly and clearly, only to be told “you don’t have to give me attitude, m’am.” I am saddened that as a language broker for the pharmacy this clerk seems to relish in a sense of superiority over the population she works with. This is not the Oxnard way. This is coming from someone who is a native Spanish speaker, who had bilingual teachers, staff, and administrators at school, as well as out in the various sectors of the community. I hope that this issue receives further attention because the patrons at this pharmacy deserve respectful service regardless of their real or perceived identities. I am hopeful that the pharmacist, Jesse, whom I believe noticed the interaction, and whom I have observed and experienced to be helpful and kind to all clients, can call in his colleague and facilitate appropriate customer service provision.

Nice staff to fill your order, and they are bilingual. Usually, 3 clerks work the counter, so there's very little waiting.

The two women at the front desk were not taking their job seriously, they were laughing and talking while we were waiting for medicine and kept adding more time to wait without them checking the computer, don't recommend this pharmacy

We hear great things from our patients about this pharmacy. Our patients that use OMAC Pharmacy are very happy with Jennika and the rest of the staff. We love the service that they offer our patients and also they are very courteous and knowledgeable when we have questions or need to order. We recommend this pharmacy too all who need a dependable pharmacy with staff that are willing to go above and beyond for their patients.

My son is 15 years old. I have 3 kids. My dr office is upstairs. And I had the worst time trying to get my medication. 5 hours to fill and they couldn't find it when I was there for pick up. Another of my favorite places gone down the drain in customs service

This is the ABSOLUTE WORSE PHARMACY EVER!!!!! I have never been given the "run around in services/customer service" that this pharmacy offers to patients. on 4 different occasions I was told my prescriptions were ready to pick up or they were being filled right away and each time I called I was told that they show nothing for me or that they have not been filled yet. The worse is showing up because they claim they are ready and when you show up they are not ready and, of course, have not even started to be filled. They will not even bother to say that the medication you are coming to pick up had to be ordered - they will just keep telling you it hasn't been filled. Avoid this pharmacy by any means necessary!

The absolute best pharmacy in the area. Jessie the pharmacist goes above and beyond for his patients and makes sure you are satisfied in every area. Excellent selection of OTC and they will always go the extra step to provide exceptional service.10/10 the whole staff is amazing and I wouldn't recommend any other pharmacy. Thank you for everything!

if anyone is looking for a quick pharmacy where you don’t have to stand in line for hours like Walmart, Omac pharmacy is the spot! they also have all the good snacks! i’d also like to get the chance to thank Jessica for your friendly service and great expertise !
