Everyone who works here is amazing and knowledgeable and kind. Brenda helped us and she exceeded our expectations. I give this place a 10 out of 10. Vicente came out and he was hilarious. Great staff.

Store was neat, clean and all the staff acknowledged me when I walked in.
Sal, the manager, was great! I called ahead of time, asked if battery I needed was in stock. Yep! (Was happy bc 3 other places did not have it, including the Ford dealership.) Sal tested battery, confirmed it needed replacement and personally did it. Can't say enough about the efficiency, professionalism and customer service here.

Friendly and helpful staff. The main issue here is that when I have a question no one is available. They are restocking in the back or helping someone else. When I finally get someone they are really helpful. Overall better experience here than a different auto part store I went to just before

I ordered a part on line. I was emailed saying it was going to be about an hour and it'll be ready to be picked up. It's been over 4 hours and no email. I've been calling for the last 2 hours and the phone is busy. I'm trying to cancel the order and order a different brand over the phone and online but between the automated system online and the Oxnard blvd store not answering their phone has been a nightmare. I'm trying to get my car up on the road and I can't do that since no one is answering.
