One of the best bread here in Town, but Unfortunately the service is awful. Every time I've been there no matter who is helping you the service is the same. I've asked other customers and unfortunately they all have had the same experience. So I stopped going there. Too bad because I really like their bread.

This is the second time that the guy behind the counter is extremely condescending. As I pointed to the bread I was requesting, he mocked me for not knowing the name. He proceeded to "correct me" and tell me that he couldn't see what bread I was asking for. I asked him why do they not label the bread so next time I know what to ask for. He said it's because the clients that go to his bakery don't know how to read then started telling me that I was getting mad and goes on a tangent. I just wanted to buy bread, not be mocked or scolded. Never again will I give them business. It's sad because they used to be so nice. He probably makes fun of the clients and they are too shy to stand up to him. I give his service zero stars but I'm forced to at least add one.

Best bread EVER! I was sad when they closed down Ortiz #2 near my house, but we don't mind going all the way down Rose to buy pan from there. Great taste and quality.

OMG. Full disclosure, it hasn't been that long since I learned what it means. On this case, it is totally appropriate to discribe how good this place is.

Small hole in the wall type of bakery. You have to get there early because there's a long time on weekends and because of covid they only allow one customer in at a time. The Mexican bread is good and tastes fresh. They have a wide variety of different Mexican breads as well as tamales. We went on a Sunday morning at 7 AM and there only type of tamales left were Cheese with chili and they tasted a bit plain but still good once you add a little salt. There is a good amount of parking and for a few bucks its worth trying out some Mexican bread.

I really try to support local business, but this place is cons you by mixing in old stale bread with new fresh bread. You don't realize it until your home and you have a rock I. The bag of bread Don't bother coming in. They always try to give you yesterdays bread. You are not allowed to grab your own bread. Everytime I go in it's like playing russian roulette, you don't know if your getting old, stale, bread. It's ridiculous, the people that work at the panaderia know what they are doing, they know bread is old, yet they still put in with the other bread.

Nah they were rude. They have a one customer at a time rule bc of covid. But there was no line so I went inside the store deciding what I wanted. Not even a full minute inside, another customer then came in after me and the male worker asked me if I was ready or I have to step outside to wait. Mind you it was my first time, I was only in there for like a minute, and I was inside first. I found it really rude and disrespectful. I didn't argue or anything, I just left and went to 4 way meat market across the street instead. Never coming here again :)
