Want to give a huge shoutout to Dorian Paz at the Mazda Oxnard Service Department.Dorian was a rockstar over the phone when I scheduled my service appointment. Dorian was very patient with all my questions and explained all pricing/services in very easy to understand terms. Dorian did not do any "salesy" upselling; instead Dorian educated me about what services I would/wouldn't need. DORIAN WAS VERY VERY HELPFUL!While your Mazda is being serviced at Oxnard Mazda, Dorian will send you video updates via text to show you all the service work that is being done. Very much appreciate the transparency. In addition, Dorian will also immediately answer any questions you text him about the service videos.Thank you Dorian for creating such an enjoyable, educational & transparent service experience! Buyers beware! This place has no idea how to process paperwork. After many phone calls, visits, conversations, being patient and getting nothing, it took six months to get a proper license plate. Corporate had to get involved and magically I got it in less than a week, with zero compensation. I would NOT recommend to come here and deal with the idiocracy that even management can’t figure out.

Oxnard Mazda is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. No pushy salesmen. Staff were genuinely interested on making sure our needs as a family that needs a bigger vehicle were met. Edwin even let us put our car seat in the new vehicle to see if there is adequate space for the front passenger. I highly recommend Oxnard Mazda.

I would like to highly recommend Oxnard Mazda! This is my second time in two years of purchasing a nearly-new Mazda CX-5 from this company and the entire team makes the experience easy. In particular, I would recommend the sales expertise of Tim Green, who treated us with dignity and respect.

Excellent customer service. I actually bought my Mazda CX-5 sight-unseen because of how satisfied I was throughout the process of looking for a car and working with Tim Green over the phone. I had the pleasure of working with Tim from the beginning of my search. He was responsive, knowledgeable, patient and professional. I had been calling around to different dealerships (Mazda and otherwise) looking for a 2017-2018 CX-5 and Tim stood out above everyone I talked to. I've had some unfortunate luck with cars and was a bit particular about what I wanted. He never pressured me or tried to just sell me any random car which worked in my favor because I ultimately got the exact car I wanted within my price range from Oxnard Mazda. I worked a bit with George as well who was also very friendly, professional and helpful.

Sales team were excellent when I first bought the car but unfortunately it's been downhill since then with the service department. Came in to get a squeaky steering wheel issue resolved and this was fixed, but in the process, they messed up something else (which was NOT present before this fixed) and refuse to take accountability to fix it. I contacted their service department in April/May, waited ages for a response, only to never hear from them again since apparently the service manager Chris had left the company. I reached out to Jonathan on two occasions via email (Sept and November) with no response. I called again in early November and was promised a response on what Oxnard Mazda could do moving forward, but have received absolutely nothing, despite a follow-up call and email. Extremely terrible service department, shoddy communication skills and frankly a terrible experience dealing with Oxnard Mazda.This was also after they forgot to give me my 2nd keys after first buying the car, which led me to go to Culver City Mazda to get a new key fob. Only that CC Mazda charged me $400, and Oxnard took months to reimburse me. Slow and shifty dealership - I got lured in by the glowing reviews but do not fall for the same trap. Will not be servicing my car here again.

I am delighted with the service and assistance I received at Oxnard Mazda. Tim Green was very knowledgeable about the car and spent a lot of time showing me how to use all the great features on my Mazda CX-3. I love my new car and really appreciated the professionalism and assistance provided by Tim and other staff at the dealership.

I worked with Tim and George without ever having to step foot in the dealership, and I couldn’t have been more happier with the service delivery patients and professionalism they showed. They gave me such a great deal. I am so incredibly happy and will recommend friends and family. If you are not buying from Oxnard Mazda, you are not getting the best deal. Reach out to Tim the best sales person on the planet if I need a vehicle I’m for sure going to come back here!

I bought a CX30 from this dealership about a month ago. I had been looking at a number of crossover SUVs and hatchbacks before finally deciding on a Mazda. When I came in, I was greated by Tim Green who was able to answer all of my questions and then some. He never talked down to me (which some salesmen have done) and was always helpful and nice. He really made the process more smooth. Thank you for the very pleasant experience!

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I traded in my old car for a 2018 used car in June 2022 with Oxnard Mazda, and have had problems with this company for over a year. I relocated out of state shortly after the sale. I noticed after purchasing my car there were no headrests in the back, or floor mats. I contacted the company multiple times to have them shipped to me and was told every time they were on their way. 3 months later, I still did not have my headrests. I spoke with the owner, who tried to correct the situation. Flash forward to present day, July 2023... I am getting notices of delinquent registration for the state of CA and parking notices for my old car. The dealership never handled anything through the DMV. They sold my car at auction and the person driving my old car is accumulating tickets. They had also registered my old car in CA, instead of WA, which they told me they were able to do. So now I have 2 delinquent registrations in CA. The dealership was sold in March of 2023, and there are zero records from my sale in 2022 at the facility. I have been directed and redirected to multiple people who constantly brush me off, ignore my requests or provide me with wrong information. I was informed by the DMV that this is entirely illegal. Shady dealership, shady people, shady transactions. DO NOT work with them.

They were ready when I arrived, even though I was a little early. They completed the work and delivered the car well within the time quoted. I liked the mechanics video and the text messages advising me of the status.

I was so impressed with my quick service. My check engine light was on because of air in the fuel line because I didn't put the cap on all the way. It was simple but I wasn't made to feel like an idiot (although totally my bad) and I wasn't charged for the inspection. Also, another service center messed up my dashboard display and although it took some time to figure out, you guys solved it and my dash displays everything I was previously accustom to. Your employees were helpful, professional, honest, and I will definitely be coming back for all future service needs!

It’s been about a year since we purchased the car at Mazda Oxnard, they have an excellent team from their sales all the way to the service maintenance department. If you want a hassle free experience this is the place.We just visited recently for the 2nd periodic maintenance and we’re thankful to Mr. Jonathan Montufar who accommodates us and makes sure that we have a trouble free visit every time.

Unfortunately, I have to rescind my positive review of Oxnard Mazda and update it to one star. The experience purchasing a vehicle from them and subsequent conversations with them regarding that purchase have tainted the experience and joy that a new car should bring. Therefore, I would not recommend them for your new or used car purchases. Go to a Mazda dealer with better business and customer service practices.

I traded in my 2015 Mazda3 for a 2023 CX-5 Carbon Edition and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, all the staff were pleasant and friendly. Tim made the experience smooth and was easy to work with as we found the right deal. This is my second time coming to this dealership and I’d come back again without hesitation. Very good experience.
