Tow driver DANIEL came to my home in a very timely fashion he was kind he was courteous I locked my keys in my car and he opened it in no time it took him a total of maybe 2 minutes from start to finish

Another great experience today with Oxnard Tow Seevices. My husband's truck couldn't easily be in a worse place to yow....in the alley with the steering column locker. Daniel was amazingly patient and careful. Lots of potential to garage door, truck and personnel harm. He was super safe and got the puppy on his truck. Huge thanks to the tow service and AAA! -------- Thanks, Danny, at Oxnard Tow Service. He was sent via AAA and got my husband's car issue resolved (tire) so I could move my car out of our garage. Without his help, my husband was stranded 60 miles away and wouldn't get home until 1130 at night after a 3.5 hr public transit commute. Thank you Oxnard Tow Services!!!

Very rude, I called them to ask about my car that was totaled and they were very rude and seemed very annoyed about the situation. When all I was asking what I needed to get my belongings out of my car and she seemed very snarky and upset for some reason and you would think over the phone. You can usually fake an attitude, but apparently she couldn't. The service I had requested wasn't that hard so no need for the attitude. I definitely think they should hire people that wanna be there unlike whoever her name was.

Unfortunately I have had more than one bad experience with OXNARD TOW. Not only is the female very rude, the employees are unhappy with the quality of service due to inadequate (old and cheap) services trickling down from the boss eventually to customers like myself. AAA is trying to find other places however there are not very many places in Oxnard so I was stuck using them twice very dissatisfied both times this is my first time writing a review and hopefully things will change for the better, otherwise I would say don't even bother stay away from Oxnard. I did nothing whatsoever to provoke them. They just were naturally unhappy unprofessional and did not and we're not interested in giving good service even mediocre service. I am sorry to say.

My dad had my car towed 2 hours away back to me from Oxnard by Daniel. Daniel was very patient when it came to finding my place since the street I live on is a little complicated. 10/10 recommend!

This is company will take advantage of you. Stay very far away from this company! Lousy service. No one deserves the type of service they provide. Find another company. There are many others who will do much better quality.

Scott was such a blessing. I was having a day from hell, dead battery was the last straw. He was very patient, and listened about my take on the behavior of the car. Smiled and just got busy, testing battery and alternator. I ended up getting a new battery. He was very amazing at his job and he is definitely a very valuable employee.

Daniel with Oxnard Tow was so helpful one morning changing my flat tire. He called me almost immediately after requesting help through AAA, and was there with in 5 minutes of my request. He was so polite and efficient, I can’t thank him enough for his help. Thank you, Daniel!
