The Communication with this company is horrible! We had our shower/ tub installed at the last minute due to a cancellation in June. The wrong material was installed, we went with it. The problem I am experiencing is with the office and the lack of communication between whoever. We were supposed to get shelves installed but they were the original material we picked so they couldn’t be installed and were told that it would be a few weeks before they could come back out to install them. It is now November and I still have no shelves but yet the company has been paid in full. I had made several calls to follow up on when I would get the shelves that I have paid for! I can never get an answer nor a call back. I have even asked to speak to management but I was told they work off site. At this point I’m sick of calling to get no answers on when my project will get completed because no one has any answers no one knows what is going on. If this is how this company does business I would look elsewhere because they don't honor their contract with you.

We started this project speaking with Dustin who is extremely knowledgeable having worked as an installer for several years. He was very helpful and offered an array of options for us to consider. Once we decided to go forward the installation date was set as the first week in January 2025.
We were amazed to receive a call the 2nd week in October telling us the material had been received and we could schedule the tub removal and shower installation for the next week. Roman was assigned to do this project. We have never encountered a contractor before with his work ethic. He worked long hours and had to solve some plumbing issues which caused the project to go a couple of extra days. He was meticulous in everything he did and the end result was flawless.
We absolutely endorse this company and in particular Dustin and Roman who are exceptional employees.

I had my 3 bathrooms completely gutted and remodeled in less than 4 weeks! Mike, Colton and Roman showed up early Monday-Friday and worked 12 hour days. Their work is impeccable and their professionalism was beyond my expectations. All three were very respectful of my wishes and made sure that I was happy with their work. I chose Carrera marble in two bathrooms and the Volakas marble in the other bathroom and the end results are beautiful. I highly recommend Re-Bath.
