I have been with Pep Boys for decades and never had a bad experience (like I did with Firestone Tires). Pep Boys has always been assisted with my car's issues with professionalism and courtesy. Pep Boys prices are very reasonable.

I am a little weary going into mechanics because I know nooooothing and could easily be taken advantage of because of that. These guys are the BEST.
Kenny and Enrique were incredible to work with - keeping me update along the way and truly trying to help me figure out how to keep my costs under control - went for broken AC. They ran a thorough diagnostic and learned it was the compressor - were quick to make sure they could get the part and took care of it in the day - and helped me save as much as possible.
Appreciate you guys!

Quick read: 10/10 for Inspection & New tire.
Arrived a couple hours before they closed for a ride share vehicle inspection. Enrique looked the car over and told me I needed a new tire Before charging me the inspection fee.
He quoted me a tire, service, and inspection all at a super fair price. Made it a one stop shop for me. Thanks'

The reason I take the time to share my treatment and quality of experiences, at the Ventura and the Oxnard stores, is that I have never found such dedicated workers--with such happy dispositions, and specialist who worker with consistent results of Excellence, as far as doing a job well done.
?Alphonso, Sammy, and Mathais always let me leave and return as a Happy customer, and that is very hard to find in today's fast-paced ?!!
