They gave our insurance adjuster a quote for around $5,000. Then they raised it, twice, until the total paid out was over $13,000. The vehicle was only worth $12,000 before the accident! So now my wife is driving some unsafe, salvaged POS instead of a decent car because our insurance spent the money that would have gone into a new vehicle at this place! Then today someone from the shop called me and tried to make the excuse that they don't decide whether or not to total a car. That's true. The insurance adjuster does that. WITH AN ACCURATE ESTIMATE! hard to make a financial decision when the business you're dealing with more than doubles the price! You low-balled the adjuster to get the work, and then you ran up the tab because insurance companies have deep pockets. But my family are the ones stuck driving a substandard, potentially unsafe vehicle.

If you want a poor quality job done with horrible customer service this is your palce. Upon inspecting my car after a touch up paint job, I found a damaged headlight. I brought it up and all I got is the run around. It's been over a week and a half and yet still no response from anyone regarding if my headlight will be taken Care of, so I guess it's on me to fix it even though it was perfectly fine when I dropped it off. Not to mention the disgusting rental car they gave me that was filthy, sticky, had an odor, and left over fast food every where in it. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you want a head ache: this your spot!!!

This was a very small business and it has grown into an empire! I love this shop for all it does to help people, other small business, and youth in our community. It's not every day you meet automotive people who are full of integrity! There is always, someone in the front to great you professionally and knows what they are taking about! I enjoy the genuine customer service and knowledge you get when you walk in. It's nice to know how connected the owner is with his community! We need more people like this. Thanks, for making me feel welcome and providing me with all the information I need about insurance and cars. Definitely, don't stop and think twice when you're looking for someone to work on your car!

I have been taking my vehicles to CAB for years! They exceed my expectations every time. They get my vehicles inspected, worked on and finished in a timely manner. Richard is all about customer service and is constantly going above and beyond to make sure we are happy. Their work is amazing and I wouldn't take my me vehicles to any Other shop.

Mike is the owner and he was great. I searched all around town for the best price to fix my car because my insurance wouldn't cover it and I found this place. The customer Service was excellent and my car looked great. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great deal.

I just took my car here this morning, trying to get the hood open, after having no luck at two previous places (one of which was the dealership). They were able to get it open here within a half an hour, and showed me what had been causing the problem. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and that means a lot when someone who doesn't know much about cars (like me) has an issue. I've been stressed out about trying to find a good shop to take my car to if it needed any work, but I'm feeling much calmer after my experience this morning. Thank you, guys! So much!

I took my VW convertible in to get a new top (based on a friend's recommendation). Originally told I would have it back in 3 days. That was 10 days ago. Making matters worse - although when I'm able to reach them (yes, that's difficult too), Jose assures me he will call to let me know what's happening -- he doesn't. I just got off the phone w/him & they still can't tell me when I will get my car back. God knows when I'll have it back, and what condition it will be in. Beyond angry. Very poor customer service would be putting it mildly.

This is by far the worst body shop in Ventura county. My insurance company recommend me to them after I got into an accident. They originally told me two weeks...but that was a lie...They kept telling me it would be ready next week,after two months of them having my truck, finally got it back. After getting my truck back and looking over it...I found the grill was zip tied down...grill insert not bolted down...radiator still leaking...top cover above the radiator missing...head lights not lined up. Horrible service ...I most definitely do not recommend this shop! AVOID AVOID AVOID

They seriously went above & beyond with helping me with my car! They handled my claim in March. They are very professional, handled my claim in a timely manner, & I was always in the loop of what was going on. I never once had to contact them, they were always on top of their game! Estimates were thorough, changes that had to be done last minute were professionally taken care of. Thank you all!!!

I needed major work done right away and they were on it! They gave me a great price and did awesome work. They even picked me up at my home when my car was ready. And it looked brand new! I would highly recommend them. Very professional.

I'm not one to take my time to post reviews but this shop is just that amazing! Richard was very helpful with the entire process and made it all a breeze. If my car ever gets hit again (which I'm hoping it doesn't) I'd definitely come back here. Car was repaired promptly and it looks flawless. Thank you guys so much! Keep up the good work!

My auto mobile insurance referred me to this body shop. I would not recommend this place to no one because they said my vehicle would be ready to pick up on Saturday and they were closed. Monday was a holiday so that was another delay Tuesday came they said they would have the car ready well it wasn't because the paint bubbled. Twice they said to pick up at different times and it still wasn't ready. All they could say was I'm sorry .Do not take your vehicle here.
