Probably the best shop in Oxnard, He's very knowledgeable and amazing at his job. I came in with some engine problems and not only did he address the problem but gave me tips on how to avoid the issue all together.
If you're looking for a great mechanic with fair pricing this is the spot for you. You can tell he cares a lot about helping people.

Jose is an exceptional mechanic who went above and beyond to fix my steering wheel issue. From the moment I walked in, it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense—no confusing jargon, just straightforward honesty about the car’s problems and the cost to fix them.
What really stood out was how fair his pricing was. While the dealer tried to charge me an arm and a leg, Jose offered a much more reasonable rate. It’s refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people instead of just making a profit. I can’t recommend him enough! If you need a mechanic you can trust, Jose is your guy.

Ramos Auto Repair is the best recommend mechanic repair, the owner Jose Luis is very confident and polite, he's a very safety professional mechanic and has never committed any mistakes. I recommend this place, it takes less time and amazing labor work!!

I replaced my gas tank myself and I put it on backwards and also missed a hose I had a bad leakCalled him and told me to come inThey dropped my tank and 30 minutes later they fixed my mistakesAnd they charged me a very fair price!Highly recommend this shop! A+++

Wow! If you are on a budget and looking for some honest mechanic work for your car go see Jose. He's so polite and professional. My water hose was busted and he repaired it right away and ordered the other part I need it to get my car fixed. He's great
