I came to the Oxnard store to buy a pair of boots because the waterproof boots that I had started leaking inside the boot the employee that was helping me pick out a new pair of boots had told me that the waterproof boots have a one-year warranty to bring them in I Brought in my boots two days later miss Ellie called me and said she won’t honor the one year warranty because it was one day before the warranty expired she stated if you don’t like my decision to call corporate

For the first time I left upset with the sales person Armando. He was plainly disrespectful and arrogant. I was planning to spend whatever it was need it but first I wanted to see what were my best options while incurring, Armando was just rude and short, I was already feeling not welcome when I asked about pass promotions to see if they still available to what he said that they had never have those. Why would I make up such things? I got the cheapest think I needed and left planning not coming back

I went to get an insoles with my husband and Armando was very rude because he doesn’t know how to help and give service to the customer. I asked so many questions about the insoles and he answer me “I don’t know” all the time. I just think: if you’re working with people, you need yo have a customer service experience. Atmosphere was wonderful. Staff welcomed me and my co-worker with pleasantries. Fernando, the sales associate, was wonderful. I do not care for steel or carbon toes, so I was a bit disappointed on the lack of soft toe boot availability. I walked out with two pairs of work boots, but I wished I had a bit more options. Otherwise, a good experience.

I've looked for hiking boots now for decades and I believe I have found the right pair at Red Wing. Vasque 7742M now i have 3 pairs. They are the most comfortable hiking boots I've worn. I added the custom insoles recommended by the computer they are pricey however they definitely add cushion and comfort to the boots.
No other boots i had compared.
