The woman with short hair was very rude for no reason. I don't expect great customer service, but at least the same basic service that I'd get at Ross Dress for Less or a TJ Maxx.

BEWARE!!!!!! If you happen to purchase something at this store make sure to take it with you. If you it's a large item and you leave it there to arrange for pick up later you may encounter that your items maybe damaged and or missing parts that were there when you purchased it. I purchased a table top and took a picture of it after I paid for it. The picture shows hardware in the crate. Between my purchasing the table and pick up 2 days later the hardware envelope disappeared. They probably took it to complete some other table that they still have unsold. Once I paid for this table it became my property and taking that hardware is a theft. Sales person attitude is to match. Since I was lucky enough to take pictures of it at the time I purchased it and they show an envelope with hardware I will be able to do something about it thru the legal system. Let my experience be a fair warning to all customers

I am really surprised to see the negative reviews for this location. We were treated well when we were there and Adrien and other staff there were great at helping us. We were wondering if we should buy a couch, and they brought several different sized coffee tables over, so we could visibly see and compare how it would look with the sofa. I thought the store selection and prices were fine as well. Understand that most (not all) items are marked 50% off. Items on clearance can be up to 90% off, but obviously these items go fast. Some items that have no damage, it can take 90-180 days before they get marked down. The overall selection was good and I would rate it as one of the better RH outlet locations that I have been to.

It's hit or miss at this Outlet. It's best to come on days when the trucks arrive to get the new items. Found some great outdoor furniture & lights. Sales staff pretty helpful.

STAY AWAY. If your expecting to get some customer service, go to Culver City or Long Beach instead. This location has no customer service what so ever. The sales associates here also do not know what they are doing. I called to see if they can look up an item for me to see where they have it in stock near me, the lady on the phone took down the SKU number for me and stated, "i cant find anything with that SKU number". So I gave her another one, and still "she couldn't find anything". Was she even looking it up? Or she didn't know what she was doing? I called Long Beach instead, the gentleman there who helped me was so helpful, he even gave me a tip when asking about the products. This location, you need to hire better people. I will be suggesting this to corporate!
