i have a bad experience every time in this store !! the manager is rude and doesn’t give refund on items purchased at different sally beauty stores because they will not make the sales goal for the month?

The girl working today was a life saver ! My son and I walked in looking for gf Xmas gifts and feeling like we were on mars but as soon as I asked for help she dove right in with full suggestions and kept reassuring that my gf would be so excited and happy with my choices . Made me excited about it all ! Thank you !

I haven't had a bad experience here and I've been coming around monthly for about a year. The employees are always soooo helpful & they always help me when I don't even know what I need.

I will never go to this store again. If you want something good for yourself, don't go to this store. The saleswoman was very rude , unintelligent , disgusting !I'm very disappointed !!!!!!!????

Shopped at store 1671 30 mins ago on 10/27/22 and what Great customer service. My daughter had asked a sales associate if they carried glitter spray. And she actually took the time to researched my daughters request. And although we didn’t have much luck finding that product, the sales girl along with her coworker was able to provide me insight on the healthiest and safest way for me to color my hair.. they explained in detail what steps needed to be done!!! Instructions given were Very simple and I appreciated their beauty tips!! They were very easy to talk to!! I don’t normally go to Sally but after my wonderful experience, I’ll be sure to go there first for my beauty supplies!!Thanks guys!!

Today on 7/19/2022I seen the door open I walk up ask if it was open she said no not yet . I was wondering if your weren’t open why you have the door open and talking to someone outside. Don’t you think family matters should not be a the work place . Some of us had to wait few minutes more because she ran behind after talking to someone it was super hot also people were leaving. The time I left from the store it was 10:08 am she reddish brown hair store 1671 . What happened to the nice ones you had there . She wasn’t nice to me when I got to the register but she was call everyone else lvu , sweetie, etc . I don’t care she call me that maybe because I ask earlier if they were open . If I had a business I wouldn’t want my employees be rude to others and leave your family problems at home isn’t fair to others or pick and Choose who you can be mean or nice too . You be fair also treat them nice as you wanted to be treated.Thanks unhappy customer

I was really not sure what I was going to walk into because of the reviews of the store. I did want my own opinion so I gave it a try. I got and right away I was greeted by the cashier. I love that! It's so welcoming and she said it with a smile. Then I was helped by Toni! She was the sweetest most knowledgeable help. She even gave me step by step instructions and took her time. Made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you again for the good experience.

DOES NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS FOR DISABLED CUSTOMERSI can not believe that Sally's above management allows their teams to treat customers like they do. I called into corporate on two different occasions on 2 different locations and they just do not care about their customers.My visit yesterday was during COVID with an occupancy of 4 ( understandable) and not allowing groups of 3 or 4 to come is what the sign said. The manager seen my mother in a wheelchair, my daughter (9 years old) and myself standing in line. She came outside approached us and said my store is to small to allow you inside you can do a curbside pickup if you want. I told her we were looking for hair color and needed to go. She replied I can not allow you to go in ( you can hear the frustrationin her voice). I felt very discriminated towards because of the wheelchair and my mother's disability. THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND THERE should BE EXCEPTIONS FOR WHEELCHAIRS AND THEIR FAMILIES OR SERVICE NEEDS!

Came looking for a waxing product. she was really rude how she respond. She was saying she was having a really bad day which I understand that made me feel like I wanted to leave. Was looking for the products I came to buy and left with one thing. I think some people don't like their jobs why even bother to come in.
