After getting gas, I went inside at 8:05am and asked the gas station attendant if she could please turn on the air, her response was we are closed right now as I have a delivery truck getting ready to bring in a delivery. I asked her if she could just turn the air on and she said no, we are closed. I asked when they would be back open and she replied she didn't know. Doesn't make a lot of sense to be able to walk into the store and to be told they are closed and couldn't turn on the air after having a conversation with her and spending $70 in gas.

I live in port Hueneme and this shell gas station is the only gas station my family use why because it’s the closest to us but the Costomer service is horrible we have 7 vehicles and we use shell but now we don’t the reason the customer service is so bad they are rude I been there so many time when the cashier is in there sitting doing nothing and both doors are locked and I went by the window and he’s unresponsive and that happened almost every morning I stop by for gas before heading out to work we were believer of Shell gas but we are now using the gas station across the street for that reason yesterday I also stop by same thing the cashier was in the restroom so both doors are locked so when he came out he open the door with the key and he locked it back up I went up to the window and he give me a sign two hands up meaning 10 minutes and the sign on the window say the window is closed use the door but it locked you’ve lost my family for sure yesterday you can look up around 1:00 to 1:30 in the afternoon it’s grey Nissan Rogue you will know I’m telling the truth the guy working is a African American but even the Hispanic guy that working there at night is a rude person too.

Your sign says open 24 hours. Too often when I go door says temporarily closed. Per Ca law you must provide air. Either change your hours or staff appropriately.

Horrible customer service Narda store manager has horrible customer service skills. Isabel (the cashier not supervisor) can’t even look at you when she’s helping you. For some reason the restroom is always out of service. Truck driver for the gas company had to wait and use restroom elsewhere. Never again will I stop to pump here because of the horrible customer service.

Their NfC doesn't work for how many months now.. and ive been only using my card here and my card number got hack and the hacker tried to used it but i block and replaced it.. what a hassle so dont get me wrong but this gas station need some repair or upgrade so that people who like this gas station dont get hack. Fix the NFC!!

Stopped this morning because I had a flat. Nardo was exceptionally rude and told me I couldn't use the air unless I was a paying customer. Never had an issue before. Will never go back there. Went across the street. Guy was super nice. Avoid this place and especially Nardo.

As far as gas goes this place pumps are honest and calibrated correctly. Went with a 16 gallon tank and only had 2 gallons in it. The pump dispensed 14 gallons.

worst gas station attendant. I was there a few minutes ago and I am still raging mad a out the very rude and arrogant attendant with dark curly hair. I didn't realize that no gas was coming out of the nozzle until concerned people who experienced the same thing informed me about it.. I wanted to go inside the store to ask the clerk about the gas pump . she wouldn't open the door bec she said that the computer was down & she can't answer my question. She can manually open the door though. All she had to do was open the door, telll me what's going on & how I can get my money back. She should be fired!!!!

Worst gas station I've ever experienced. It's the only one on my way to work and 2/10 times the clerk is "on a break" or just refuses to help in general. The people who work here are unresponsive and just stare at you with dead eyes and no verbal response when you have questions or even say hello.

The lady says that the bathroom key is broken that no one can use the bathroom, two weeks after I had to turn on the gas and she told me the same thing again.

This place sucks. They don't know their California laws. Los dos pendejos thought I was going to buy tobacco when I clearly said I wanted to buy just a lottery ticket, last time I checked you need to be 18+ to buy one. Management needs to train them better and educate them. Also dirty ass place. Instead of standing around they need to clean that place up or stock up. Thank you. Hopefully something is done.
