I had such a bad haircut in another place &’ I called this place &’ they saved my life they saved my hair they took me in without a appointment Areli was the one that did my hair &’ fixed it I was so happy I spoke to Nathalie telling her how I went to another place and they chopped my hair so bad &’ she was so sweet to me and heard me out and got me in Thank you 🙏 Nathalie for hearing me out &’ Areli thank you for saving my hair!

Stylist was very sweet but don’t go here if you are black or mixed with black . They do nottt know how to do our type of hair . I spent $200 ($187 after tip) and almost cried in my car from how bad my hair looked and felt. It is sooo weighted down and insanely greasy which is making it tangle from all the dry shampoo and gel that she put in my hair in order to straighten it (never heard of that before??) and I kept telling her stories of how ppl can’t do my hair and overcompensate with products and how you do not need to do that! My hair may be curly but allll I require is heat protectant spray and the most lightweight oil possible after because my hair is very flat when straightened and gets weighed down and greasy looking veryyy easily !! I’m honestly still very loving considering I spent $200 (which no one has EVER charged me more than $100 in the first place) and get out the salon looking worse than when I went in . Again very sweet lady but will not be returning till they hire someone that actually knows how to handle black and mixed hair …

My wife came in for her hair. Wich was a birthday present from me. The cut was good but the hair color she wanted was not it. they ignored the color she wanted and basically just gave her the same hair she already had. We tried talking to the person who did her hair and see if we can fix it that's all we asked. But nope she completely ignored us for weeks. Dint seem to care for my wife's hair. Spend $250 here. For them to rush my wife out the door didn't even dry her hair. And for them to not give her the hair color she wanted. Would not recommend this place.

I came in for a consultation with Araceli on June 4th hoping to get my hair cut and colored. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with her mannerisms and demeanor. I understand I may have been unclear about my hair preferences, but that's why we had a consultation--to explore options and clarify my vision. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and shaky. As a mom of three, finding time for myself is rare, so this experience was particularly disheartening. I had high expectations based on recommendations, but unfortunately, I had the worst experience there. I left the salon without any service done due to poor customer service from the stylist. She made me feel unwelcome and simply disrespected. She spoke very loudly and kept repeating, "Do you know what I am saying? You know you won't get the color right?" She spoke to me as if I were a child. I wish I had a different experience.

I had a good experience here and got exactly what I asked for but I have not had this kind of salon experience before. I asked for a root touch up and a a nice blow out for a wedding. Never have I had a root touch up (and there have been many) where the color was not pulled through at the end to ensure a smooth transition. I told her she could go a little darker and she went slightly lighter, after one shampoo I can see a line of demarcation. It is not terrible, I can live with it another 5 weeks, I don't see any gray but I will not return for this service. I was charged separately for a shampoo and blow out, from a different stylist. I wondered, had I not got this service would they not have shampooed the color out? The blow out and styling was beautiful. couldn't be better. I saw pictures of myself at the wedding hours later, and my hair looked great, at an outside wedding, no less. I got many compliments from people who know me well and it looked pretty darn. good the second day. This is very close to home for me and I will return to Katie if I ever need just a blow out. She did a wonderful job and got me out of the salon at the promised time.

Due to a recent surgery I'm unable to shower so I went to Sky Salon for a wash & blow dry. As always the place is inviting, beautiful & relaxing. The shampoo came with a fabulous head massage. My hair looks great & pampering myself took my mind off the discomfort I feel from my procedure.

They have a wide variety of services, workers, and clients. You'll see a variation from cute little elderly woman to trendy Dad to someone with a mohawk to California blonde babe. There is someone here that can do whatever it is that you need. The stylist that we see is Ky. She is amazing. She has connected with my teenage daughter and brought her hair vision to life. She never judges what she wants to do. She encourages her to stay true to herself, and not just do something typically cute, or trendy or mainstream. Right now my daughter has a curly red mullet and is loving her best life. Great staff. Great products. See Ky!
