They sell higher speeds, then the speed is slower and more expensive. Of course, it took days for them to install the service adequately. You cancel, and then they charge you more for your cell service. If you go to their office, be prepared to wait 30 minutes or up to an hour to speak to a representative.

Avoid spectrum if you have other options in your area. Outages are weekly and service is spotty. Constantly having to reset the router because for some unknown reason to both spectrum and myself, the signal consistently drops and has to be reset. Also, the copy and paste responses they give really shows just how much they care for/support their customers, those copy and paste responses should be your first red flag with this company.

I cut service with spectrum alot of Time shortages on top they were going up on the bill every month up 10 or 20 dollars today I talk to Sofia Sibrian manager of the spectrum the change me the month when I know we start month on the 22 second of the month I try to return the equipment and she didn't give me a confirmation that she cancel the account I don't want to have business with spectrum they don't keep the payment for what they promised I hope I never had to use this company again

Total torture! Took over an hour just to pickup a cable router. Had to wait in a sign-in cue while sales people hustled everyone for plans and bundles. I look forward to the day when this monopoly is broken up and customer service is once again a priority.

BOY what a bad experience. I was just trying to return my equipment after cancelling my account. I waited 30 minutes, was still over 20th in line, then noticed the UPS store is right across the parking lot which will mail back the equipment.
Spectrum adding cell service was a wild decision. I'm sure it's making them a ton of money but that must have been over half of what people were in the store for.

Checked in at the kiosk. Before it was my time, the staff approached me. Asked my reason for the visit, and took care of my issue. Saved alot of time. I've always had great service here.

Very upset, the kiosk does not have paper, so I cannot pay in cash because the machine does not accept it. And the powerful workers do nothing!!! And the line of people continues to increase. I'd rather cut the service than go back to that place!!!

This store takes advantage of elders. My father went in to talk about why he was being charged for cable when all they have is internet and the man was just being rude and kept talking over him and would let him explain what the problem was. I would never recommend this place to anyone
