Stan's Drugs is an oldschool, unique pharmacy and an Oxnard institution. The staff is caring, knowledgeable, and way more friendly and helpful than corporate pharmacies. They are honest, provide good suggestions, and look out for you. The pharmacists answer all questions and get quick resolutions to issues. Wait times are way shorter, and they offer helpful services like bringing medications to your car. They work well with government assistance programs and are known for having the best prices, far better than other pharmacies. It is a really friendly family pharmacy where the staff gets to know you. This is a place where they care about people, showing what health care is supposed to look like.
I called in on a over the counter medication they were honest and told me they didn't carry it this place is oldschool and they will always have good suggestions for something similar that will help you or your loved ones

It's so nice to find a pharmacy where they care about people. It's hard to believe that I grew up there with the original Stan. He was always so nice to me and was good to my parents. Now I go there with my kids and they are so helpful. It's a unique place.

I was sent here 5 years ago because they work well with govt assit programs. I won't go anywhere else now. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. They look out for you and that's a rare quality nowadays. Go check them out. You will see what health care is supposed to look like.
