If you're getting any printing jobs done, be sure to get Laura, the Print & Marketing Service Supervisor to help you! She walked me through all of my questions for a large printing job (for me, anyway) and I felt as if I wasn't being rushed or hurried out at all, but rather she took her time, gave me all sorts of price quotes, suggestions on how I might fit what I wanted to the pages, everything that we needed to get our Little Free Library up and going! Thanks so much Laura, and we'll be back next week to place that order!

I am a business owner and understand the expense of running a multi million dollar business. So believe me, I understand the cost of goods, labor, insurance and overhead However greed is greed and WOW did I get an example of this today.
I needed some office supplies and copies. Went to the copy desk and asked for 12 copies of a 33 page report. First I was told there was a set up fee. Okay, you stack the paper in the copy machine and hit start... Then she quoted me $450, a ream of paper there is $6 retail and it would have taken about 10 min or less to complete the order, with the only labor needed was to place the stack of paper n the copy machine, hit start and then stand up and give me the copies. Does $450 Sound right !!!!! On top of the money that I spent on office supplies. that's just CRAZY. Went up the street to a copy place and for $79 dollars they completed the order and even put it in a box for me, I was there maybe 15 min total. Shame of this place, I will never be back !!!!!

Staples in Oxnard is a weekly spot for any office and packing supplies I need. Service has always been attentive and caring every trip, employees are always willing to help my family with any questions or price checks. Generally the store is really clean and well stocked, anytime I've had trouble finding something an associate helps direct me.

I found the products I wanted to purchase. The signage around the store helped me to find the products I wanted to purchase. The prices were very reasonable. The service was professional and efficient, warm and friendly. I was in and out of the store in very little time.

I’m bummed to leave this review. I placed a printing order on 5/2/24, was notified jt was ready for pick up on 5/4. Came by to pick up my order and they cannot locate it. And was told that they won’t have it ready until NEXT WEEK. Staff seemed a bit confused, slow and unapologetic. Come in staples. Do better. This is the second time I have an issue with their copy printing services. Previously I purchased something and was overcharged and when contacting staples they said to dispute w my bank. Super annoying and will not be returning.
