My husband and I love the fresh, hot turkey carnitas from their deli. It's mainly the only reason why we shop there. We will be ordering a couple of pounds for Thanksgiving. It's especially become our annual tradition. It's also an excellent alternative and very economical to preparing an entire turkey for a small family! The most difficult thing for me to remember is to be there prior to 7p.m.; as afterwards they begin to do their deep cleaning prior to closing for the night. I can appreciate the updated atmosphere with the inclusion new tables. Even though I don't speak Spanish, the staff are always friendly and helpful.
The only thing that I don't like is that the non deli lines have been insanely long and difficult to navigate around in the evenings and on weekends. I'm a wheelchair user. I've often been frustrated that those lanes are generally closed when the signs indicate that they should always be open.

Superior Grocers is a great place to shop for groceries with a wide variety of products at very reasonable prices. The store is spacious, well-organized, and always stocked with fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and bakery items. Their selection of international and specialty foods is also impressive, making it easy to find unique items.
The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to assist if you need help finding something. Checkout lines move smoothly, and the overall shopping experience is comfortable and efficient.

This review is just for the cashier. Superior Grocery is my go to ever since. Good selections fresh produce everytime. But the cashier named Stella can do better.
So i was in line and there’s this old mexican guy whos counting his money to pay for his groceries. And this cashier just said “omg really” with some facial expressions. So after the old man count his change the cashier count it as well and theres some extra change. And she just shoved it towards that old man. I was about to butt in but i just let it slide. And now my turn. My total was $5.66 put 5.66 into the counter and she said “can you hand it to me?” On a rude tone!??? She really have something going on. I dont want to make a scene theres since theres people behind me.. but i make sure that you guys know what kind of customer service your people are representing you. She can do better. 🙂

Morning staff is very friendly. Prices are 8 out of 10. Nice place to shop in the am.

A few days ago i went to Superior to buy a cake for my 16 year old daughter. Employee vanessa helped and answered all my concerns, she even recommended me a tree leches cale which I was delighted with!! She really deserves some recognition definitely!👍🏻

Hello, I am a customer, I always like to come here but I have come here several times and the cashiers are bad today I came to do my shopping and the cashier is in a bad mood and I asked her if she would give me the bathroom key and she responded in a bad way they should If you want them to improve customer service, they live, it's not like that ?

The attention of the cashiers continues to be average, there is no deal.
And there is a boy Francisco who serves the sausages, cheeses and fresh waters area who is also mocking in his treatment of the customer.
He told me that if I was going to bring bread, it is a stupid question that seeks only to provoke, since he had the bread ready to pay in front of him. And a new girl who is also a cashier at a bakery who, for a simple joke, complained about me and that I harassed her (hahaha, she doesn't know what a real harasser is) but there is a tremendously bad vibe in this Saviers store. I won't be able to come anymore because I could even get reported. The only good and nice person is Enrique, the one who makes the bread.
