If you have the patience to look through racks of clothes you'll find some treasures. It's a very organized store, easy to navigate. Friendly workers. Five stars for me. I found plenty and then some. Lots in my size, matching tops and bottoms too! They carry Reeboks!

Cheryl was the best. Went in specifically looking for ear buds. She pointed me in the same direction I thought they would be. Then checked up on me to see if I found. I didn't so she checked again and got me to the two varieties they had. The store was very busy and Cheryl or (sheryl) made sure I found what I was looking for. 5 star customer service. Thank you Cheryl or (Sheryl) sorry should have looked at name tag.

This place is too dark at night. Be careful! Parking lot has lights but are off. I complained to headquarters and nobody does a thing. Too many homeless when is getting dark. Stay away from this place.

I was shopping yesterday at TJ Max in Oxnard and had a very nice experience with a woman named Judith. She was polite,helpful and was happy to answer my questions with a smile and a great attitude!

They will put people to follow you around even if you’re doing nothing wrong. It’s obvious too and the cashier always seam annoyed . Horrible customer service

I had friends visiting, so I brought them here because they were looking for good prices. This store has a great selection of purses and bags, as well as sweaters and jackets. They sell men's clothing, housewares, rugs, and plenty of gift ideas. There is even a fun toy selection. The checkout line is long, but it moves quickly, and service is efficient.

Welcome to little Mexico! This TJ Maxx is an absolute waste of time. Everything is unorganized and you can come here any time of the day, any day of the week and the line will be overly crowded and full of Mexicans who have nothing better to do besides shop and spend the money that the US Government gave them. Oxnard es no Buenõ.

Honestly the store could do better if it had more staff on the sales floor. There only seems to be one person in each section and the time I had went in they had one person going back and forth. How can they have one person doing so many things? Customers are no better that they make a mess especially in the beauty department from the times I have shopped. I can see that it has been clean in areas but customers can just be dirty and very inconsiderate while shopping. Maybe more staff can help with that not sure. Checking out has been a bit better sadly staff on sales floor are called to cashier to which stops them from their work to which they should just have designated cashiers instead because then they are needed on sales floor so how does that work? Another thing that is a bit annoying is I know it’s the cashiers job but their card is not a rewards it’s a credit card. Who can afford that during these times? If it was more of a rewards where you actually get coupons or certain discounts it would be more worth it. Overall there is great finds and you never know what you will find while shopping and the staff is willing to help.

They say they are a discount store but, the prices are very high. I like going to Ross myself. There you will get a great deal for your buck.
