If you speak English the staff who you just saw speaking English will just look at you and give you a look of confusion as if they have no clue what your talking about. I came to shop not to be treated differently, I wouldn’t treat others this way.

I've been buying 3 small taco combo here for a few years every weekend and today I bought the same order but now it's $2.18 more than yesterday. Complained to the manager with the receipt from the day before to get a refund and he was saying that the order I bought yesterday was not a combo. How does he know, terrible service overall. I will not be coming back to purchase from this store.

Long time customer here, wondering if this store is closing or going out of business? Freezer section has been broken for a really long time and many items have no prices posted. Also I stopped receiving weekly ads in the mail. I don't really want to have to change stores as ALMOST everyone is very nice.

This place was dirty, dingy and not well stocked. It looked crowded with junk inside the store. Not much pride in it. Service was ok. Will not be going back.

This is a typical run of the mill Mexican grocery store. I often shop here since the location is convenient. The employees are always fast checking people out and lines are always short. However some of the produce is lacking. The tomato's are often on the verge of rotting and cucumbers are soft. Idk if it's the left overs from the day or they're putting out close to spoiled food. The frozen food section if lacking as well mostly ice cream. The employees in the kitchen area are kinda rude tho. We'll rude if you don't speak Spanish. The lady working in the hot kitchen area was rude to me because I can't speak Spanish but I understand. I wanted to know if they had cheese tamales but of course I can't say that in Spanish. The lady was acting like she was mad and inconvenienced by me. She also was talking sht under her breath in Spanish. " this fuk d*** a*** I understood so I just left.

2nd star is only because employees were nice; the 2 guys on the floor and both cashiers I checked out with. Other than that, everything else was pretty terrible, starting with the produce. The tomatoes were horrible. It's as if they get all the scraps & left overs after the rest of the markets take theirs. They don't have good selections of products in other aisles. And $3-4 for ONE paper towel roll? You would think they are Bounty brand. No, they are the cheapy kind. Then $13 for a 12 pk of Coke cans???????? They are $7 at Ralphs!! That's ridiculous. Might as well go to a vending machine.

I couldn't be more thankful with Tresierras Supermarket. It was my first time making Guatemalan tamales and this store was a blessing to me because I was able to find all the necessary ingredients to make my tamales taste as authentic as my grandma's. They literally have all the central American ingredients such as pepitorias, fresh plantain leaves and an array of dried chili pods. They sell really nice quality meat and the butcher was super friendly and helpful. Thank you Tresierras for being a one stop shop!
