I had initially intended to make this UPS location my go-to store for package deliveries and Amazon returns, given its proximity to my new home. I walked in today with a positive attitude, introduced myself, and shared that I had just moved to the area and was planning to become a regular customer.
Regrettably, the customer service I encountered was anything but welcoming. The young woman behind the counter appeared disheveled and entirely disinterested. As I placed my Amazon return on the counter and reached for my phone to retrieve the QR code, she snapped, “Are you going to give me a QR code?” in a tone that was unnecessarily rude and impatient.
I calmly replied, “I’m trying—I just got my phone out,” but the interaction had already soured. She processed the return without a word of courtesy, handed me the receipt in silence, and offered no acknowledgment or thanks.
Needless to say, I will not be returning. First impressions matter, and this one made it abundantly clear that customer care is not a priority at this location.

Terrible customer service, also nobody answers the phone or calls back when you leave a message. 10 phone calls and four messages in 3 days and still nothing.

Notary is noted on website. Drove to store and the employee stated they don’t do it on weekends. Waste of time.

Jesus provided awesome customer service yesterday! We needed to ensure that a package would make it to the recipient by 12/24, and he quickly identified the service that we needed and managed the transaction with friendly efficiency.

$5 to print a UPS return label… are you kidding me? And the disrespectful staff questioning me about whether I’m authorized to return a package and giving me attitude when I complained about the $5 charge to print the label. A ream of paper costs less. What an embarrassment for the UPS brand - all the way around. Shame on Store #6279 and those employees on shift on the afternoon of December 22.

They did not want to help me return equipment with12 minutes From closing. Nothing on their website states that they will not process equipment returns with a designated time. So you get one star. DO BETTER

AMAZON CUSTOMERS!! DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS AT THIS LOCATION. THEY DO NOT HONOR AMAZONS FREE RETURN SERVICE. THEY CHARGE FOR AHIPPING LABELS ANS BOXES. I WAS ASAUALTED BY THE MANAGER ON A POWER TRIP IN THIS STORE. I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST UPS. THE FRANCHISE OWNER AND MANAGEER. IN ADDITION I AM HANDICAPPED AND MADE RIDICULE THAT I COULDN'T WALK.

A rude and lazy young man, refused to help with Amazon returns. He told us we had to package and label our items, even though the Amazon site said labels and packaging isn't needed.

Stopped by on a Friday at 6:18pm, 12 minutes before closing. I was unable to ship my package because they had closed their registers for the day. (Even though I was paying with a credit card) saw a couple of other people turned away. Not sure why the store was even open at that point. Anyhow, made a short trip across to FedEx on Vineyard and got my package shipped. Won’t be returning to this location.
