What a big disappointment You would think after all that's going on you would want to cover your ass I just wanted to know my PO box number and Irma that works after 5:00 p.m. helped to Hispanic men male letters walked over to her register help them out I just wanted to make sure I had the right PO box number she couldn't take the time out to help me so I asked her if I was Hispanic would you have help me considering I'm black she had a smirk on her face and locked the door wow where are they when you need them......I think that was a bit RACIAL

I had a disappointing experience at this USPS location. When I walked up to the counter to drop off a package, I was the only customer there and the two employees were just chatting. I let the employee, Gilbert, know I was just dropping something off, and his response was, “You don’t know how to use the kiosk?” It was an unwelcoming experience that left a bad impression.

I showed up at 8:25 am to be as early as possible and was the 1st customer helped today 05/29/2025 even as the line developed immediately behind me
Martha SantaRosa took the time to show me how to use the kiosk to scan a QR code and ship an item without having to wait in line. Thanks again Martha!

An employee named Sanda there has the rudest attitude for no reason. only for her to be speak in a rude way to me. I don't appreciate her speaking to me like that and the other 2 customers there. Horrible worker.

There is a Latina lady there, she refuse to gime her name when I asked what was her name, she is rude, inpatient and looks at you like you going to steal her boxes ?. She rolled her eye when I ask what envelope she recommended! I did mention to her" you would look more aprochable if you were to at least smile at customers". And she just said " Next".
