Worse postal service ever, staff including the supervisor or boss as he referred to me when I said I will file a complaint all extremely unprofessional, and rude when serving the public. They were rude to me and my family. We had an appointment for my child’s passport and they did not honor our appointment, instead they were putting us last. They don’t honor appointments apparently as another family awaited outside and told to wait with no directions whom eventually left. It was a completely joke. They truly don’t respect people who followed their process. Mr. Danny seems very cordial with others members in the community but as for the rest extremely disrespectful and with a poor attitude.I filed a complaint through the postal service to give these folks what they deserve, clearly more training and better manners. I HIGHLY recommend to AVOID this location and to held people accountable for their actions.

Only 2 people are working in this office and they are busy. They are doing the best they can, so be patient. Just bring a book!Here’s what you can do to make it as seamless as possible:- Make an appointment online- Fill out the application at home and print it (use black ink, don’t use wife or husband as emergency contact as they are ones likely traveling with you)Fee can’t be paid with a credit card! Pay cash, check, or debit!Even with an appointment it takes about an hour, it might be better if you have an appointment before lunch. What messes up the appointments and timing is the lunch break where one of them has to do everything. (It would be better if they closed the office for lunch.) But they are nice, fast, and efficient - so just be patient and kind.It took about an hour for me. Mostly waiting around. Had some nice chats with other people there.

I wish I could give them a Zero, Worst.. worst.... Customer service, I went for daughters Passport ?, If they dont like there JOB then find another one, Not even a thank you or UR WELCOME! AFTER I TOLD THEM THANK YOU HAVE A NICE DAY, just acknowledge your CUSTOMERS!!! ??

Passport Services were fantastic! Oh my gosh! That was the smoothest, friendliest experience I’ve ever had at a government office! They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. We had made a few mistakes on the form and copies and they were happy to help with new forms and correct copies. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Susie, Jessica and Kim you took a stressful situation and made it a breeze!

The worst customer service ever!!!!! I had an appointment, and it said to arrive 15 minutes before. We got there and Kevin told us we had to wait when it was 3:00 for our appointment. Of course, it was after 3:00 by the time we got called then he tried to tell me not to do my passport there and to just do it through the mail. I was with my husband and we have been trying all year to do this so I was willing to pay the extra money to get it done yesterday. He was annoyed with me and it was downhill from there. It was just 2 people working and 4 people with appointments. We had our paperwork ready to go except we missed a few things which again annoyed Kevin. He helped someone and the lady working helped someone else. He was done first so instead of letting us know he would be right back he got up and answer a few questions for people at the door he then left out the back and left the other lady to finish with us and the other couple. It started off okay she took our pictures and then took us to her area. She told me the same thing as Kevin I could do my through the mail and I told her I told Kevin I was okay with paying the extra . She said Kevin is strict about it and that I would have to. She left for about 5 minutes to check with Kevin. Came back started to finish and was going to take our passport cards. We told her we needed them for a cruise in October so she said then we can’t do this today we have to wait until we come back!!! It took me months to get an appointment and to be questioned for why I want a passport now!! The worst customer service and the great news is we can go to another post office!! I do not recommend this place! If I could give them no stars I would!!

This post office really gets on my nerves. I’ve had problems with them delivering packages to my house constantly. Every time I come in trying to get help of the people at the front don’t care. I see them throwing other peoples packages around and all they do is give me a list of emails for someone else to talk to I missing my packages and it’s very frustrating that no one seems to care. I just lost money on the things that I have ordered because “sorry it was delivered but I guess not.” “Itneeded a signature. Oh I miss spoke “ so they don’t even know what I need to do.

The carriers are just LAZY! Having worked for USPS, It is common knowledge when you have Outgoing mail in your mailbox , they are Supposed to Take It! I have even resorted to putting a Sign Asking the Carrier to PLEASE TAKE OUTGOING MAIL! These are just small 5x6 Envelopes. Simple Right? Nope! I watch on my Ring Camera After they drop mail off. They look at it, then just LEAVE IT ! Come on Carriers! I don't know HOW these people get hired anymore! In the 80's there was a test to pass before you ever got an interview. If a carrier OR Clerk was Lazy and didn't do their job, they were FIRED. PERIOD. Today's carriers are a SAD Bunch. Tried calling the post office and Of Course their mailbox is full! I can only imagine how many complaints they receive daily!!

Guy that someone posted was slow to acknowledge my presence even though I was the only one, did not greet me just stared so unfriendly, curt, and uninformative. I wondered about the reviews written about him and now that I met him, I'd believe the poor reviews about him. He didn't seem to enjoy his job.

We have probably the laziest mail man. And is doesn’t help that he is a lil heavy. He literally won’t get out of his car to put mail in box. Putting multiple homes behind on bills and obligations. Come on get it together guys. Thought mail men had nice legs lies

The last review I completely agree. Kevin needs to be retrained on customer service and treating people with respect. I took my family there to get passports and he showed disrespect by letting other people ahead of my family even though we were next and had an appointment scheduled. All of us were there ready to be called up but yet he took another group that was scheduled after us. We had to wait there for over two hours. When I confronted him he was very rude and no compassion. Looked like he really hated his job. The representative Kim was a lot more helpful and respectful to us. Kevin however, needs to see a therapist to treat himself better so he knows how to treat others better. Or get a job that he loves. It doesn’t seem like helping people is something he likes to do.

Like a previous post said earlier, they don’t even deserve my one star rating.Kevin in their passport department needs an attitude check or a hug. People skills are non existent and his collages even acknowledge to customers about his bad attitude.If you need a new passport, I’d suggest going somewhere else.You’ll save time and headaches.
