It's a bit busy in the mornings, but it starts to empty out during the day, and by 2 pm there are very few customers. The customer service is very good and 100% bilingual. I give it a Tombstop. My recommendation is that if you arrive early, you can go home very early.

My EBT card had stopped working because they updated all the cards to having chips. I came here with my old card and ID and they made me a new working card in a half hour! I officially love this Human Services Agency!
