Very professional and very fast to arrive. I was in an accident and in the middle of the street my insurance quoted me 45 min arrival but he was there in 10min. I can't remember his name but think it was David, if it is thank you David. ? I recommend this tow service to everyone.

Was happy at all with trying get someone who could be of help to get u in there yardThey say they want to sale some of there inpounded vehicles but it to me 2 and a half days of phone calls befor I could even look @ there for sale vehicles to then be toldMay test drive one of there vehicles inside there yardWhich is so small it would be unsafe to exceed 5mphI end up not buying the vehicle I was set on buyNo thanks

These people are straight up thieves I don't mind paying the towing it is what it but he charge me $75 to get my car out of his tow yard unbelievable this place is ridiculous they should be investigated not the way to do business

David was amazing. When your battery's dead, it's dark, and stuck in a remote location with no one around, it's great to hear a comforting voice. He called when he was on the way and immediately sounded kind over the phone. He arrived in 30 min, much faster than other services I've used. Super friendly and was ready to tow me anywhere I needed, but a boost was all that was required. Smooth service from start to finish, including the initial call from the dispatcher to get my coordinates and tell me David was on his way. Thanks Ventura Towing! Keep hiring dudes like David! I'll definitely use your services again in the future. A+
