Went there with my wife look at a few travel trailers and there super nice trailers and the gentleman that came out was super helpful and friendly respectful I was very impressed with this shop it’s not as big as camping world but the staff here are respectful and let you look at all rv and trailers no problem the gentleman that help me was Noey he said go in trailer you want and take a look I no problem I’ll be inside the show room if you have any questions I don’t want to bother you as you look around I was mind blown because at camping world all trailers and rv are lock up and they follow you around and they ask how your credit and how many people blah blah and I was told I can’t a afford and bigger trailer then the 17b Coleman very rude he didn’t even run my credit so thank you to Ventura rv connection for all your help and friendliness keep up the good work guy I’ll look forward to doing business with you guys Mr Noey thank you again

Excellent service and staff very professional, Noe helped me and my dad find a special RV and made things happen promptly! We had the RV delivered to a very difficult tight spot and Martin and his crew brought the proper equipment and got the job done efficiently faster than any other service that I’ve seen in this trailer park! I highly recommend getting your RV from RV Connection!✌🏼👍👌

We couldn’t have had a better experience, Noel our sales representative made our dreams of owing a Class A possible. Plus a big shout out to Tony who also assisted with the sale. Even at the time of pick up the Service team member Jorge he gave us a thorough last inspection showed us everything and how it worked. It was an awesome experience all around.

Great experience buying a motorhome! Noey (hope I'm spelling that correctly) was perfect for us. We don't work well with high pressure sales (which I think is true with a lot of people), and he was very laid back and let us look around without any pressure. That's the way to sell something. Let people look, but be there to answer questions. He was able to answer all of our questions and he was very patient and helpful.
We had one little bump with another employee talking around me to my male partner, but I discussed it with Noey later and he was very apologetic and said he would mention it to the gentleman to make him aware. The guy was very friendly and I don't think he meant to be offensive, it just seems to happen often when a woman is purchasing a vehicle. Other than that, we were very happy with our experience there. We're storing our motorhome with them as well and they've been great.
WAIT! I can’t forget George! As much as we love Noey, George is the BEST! He walked us through the motorhome, showed us how to do everything, SUPER nice. He speaks to us each time we’re there stocking the motorhome and offers help. He really wants to make sure we’re happy with our purchase. He seriously is a huge asset to this business. Do not lose him!

I'm a single woman and know that some places like to take advantage but NOT this one! They were AWESOME! VERY KIND! AND INFORMATIVE! They are very knowledgeable about the RVs they have. And even gave me a loaner car so my van could get wired up for the popup I bought. Showed me how to operate everything and even showed me how to hook it up to the van. Noey and Tony are the best! I will be back when I upgrade most definitely! They have travel trailers from small to large, class C's and class A's.! And if you need a car , yep, they sell those too!!

I consigned my RV with Ventura RV Connection, trusting their reputation as a reliable dealership. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I constantly had to follow up with Ramon, who repeatedly said he would send me marketing updates and post on various platforms—but only did so with consistent prompting. He assured me more leads were coming, yet I never received a single call about any potential buyers.
From the start, it was clear they were not very knowledgeable about the RV. It sat on the lot for nearly the full 90-day contract period with no movement. While they had no issue with me ending the contract early, they failed to return both keys to my RV. Replacing the missing key cost me $700.
Attempts to contact the General Manager, Martin, were unsuccessful—as I was always told by Anthony at the front desk that he was out of the office. No apology or offer to replace the key was made. It’s unfortunate that a dealership of this size and supposed professionalism cannot manage something as basic as securely handling vehicle keys during consignment. Very disappointing.
