I have an 11am appointment. It is now 11:25 and I am still waiting. I am a business customer and am only here because my migration specialist never finished the job and the savings I was promised never materialized. The cell service has been horrible lately.

I just left the Ventura store because the sales rep was ripping me off. He said my phone couldn't be traded in, tried to say I needed $10/m for HBO and $17/m insurance and wanted my to pay over $100/m total for a new iphone. So I told him to print out the quote and I immediately drove to Oxnard. Knowing that Oxnard charges 2.5% more in sales tax I need this phone to ship to my house to save that. I worked with Adrian on 12/12/23 and he was very helpful the whole time. He was fully aware of the promotions regarding my situation, included me in the ipad he was typing into, went over several scenarios, made excellent recommendations, and never pushed extra sales. I felt like he was treating me like an honest friend.I was able to compare the plans to find out that Verizon charges existing customers over $400 more than new customers and that going from the basic plan to the best one you'll pay $900 more over the 3 years. It blows me away that people fall for that. Especially when they can barely afford food and gas.Thanks Adrian.

Knowledgeable staff, but felt a little rushed on a sale for my requested phone, even though there was one other person in the store with 4 associates. Seems like a good spot for a quick upgrade, but might want to troubleshoot elsewhere.

If I can do 0 star I will. I went to different locations of versions they only cost 80$ for mode and plus plan for the 5g orbic wifi mode. But this store for same thing need cost 300$ for the mode that’s ridiculous.

Jessica help us out with switching over and made sure the phones were working fine when we came. Very professional was very considerate with our decisions and patient with us. Would come here again!

Waiting in the Oxnard Verizon for over 1 hour to be waited on. They really need better Customer Service and hire more people.

0 stars if i could, 1 star is generous. We came in to buy a new phone and was told it was an 1 hour wait, or we could make an appointment. We made an appointment for 2 hours later, and returned 5 min earlier than our appointment. We were checked in by a guy that seemed pretty friendly. We were told to wait and someone would be over shortly. It did not seem busy - there were 3 other customers who were all being helped. 20 min later and 0 interaction with staff. Not a "we'll be right with you" or "sorry for the wait". We couldn't really look at the phones (which was a small selection) because all of them are bolted down to the display platform - no extending wire. I decided it would be best to leave, and let them know so they could delete our appointment. We walked towards the front and I told the staff (different guy than who checked us in) "hi, we had an appointment, however no one's spoken to us so we're just going to go". The guy shrugged l, made a face, and said "yeah you can go, I had you next anyways but yeah sorry". We were next?? We were next 20 min ago. The least anyone could've done while we waited was say something like "thank you for waiting, we'll be with you shortly". Even when we said we'd leave, anyone with general customer service skills would've said "are you sure? I'm so sorry about the wait but we'd definitely get you seen shortly if you'd like to stick around". Great way to let money walk out the door. Giant waste of time. 0 customer service. I would never recommend this location.

Don’t come here they are very rude. I came to buy a laptop on my business account and Auriana acted like I was going to steal the laptop and would not let me hold the box or even take a picture to send to my cousin to see if it would work for graphic design. My cousin said it’s the way you look. I would never let my employees treat someone like that.

Clean and friendly but they charged $30 to reset the acct password. Wife could've done that on her phone in 3 min.

Staff member was a bit rude and claimed Verizon had a rule that my name on the account needed to fully match my ID. Which it's never been an issue before. Ended up having to be at the store longer than anticipated. Customer service said that it wasn't a company rule and store specific. That should have been said instead of being rude to a customer. Not the best location.

I brought my sister here and we were extremely happy with this store and Arianna!Arianna was very helpful and patient with us. We are older and not so smart when it comes to smart phones. :) She assured us that my sisters phone was in working order and showed my sister how to close the apps and not leave them running in the background. We never felt pressured and she patiently and pleasantly answered our questions about different phones we might consider and the cost of activation and transfer. We left the store feeling so relieved and reassured. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you, Arianna. Thank you, Verizon.

Don't go here. They have a manager named Jake that would rather flirt with the employees than help the customers. I have a broken back and was asked to move seats while I watched Jake and his staff help others before me. When I asked the staff was rude never appogized. Saying they didn't see me in a tiny store with only 2 other customers present. Buying my phone took 3 hours and I felt horrible about giving them my business. I will never go back again. What sucks is that with a little bit of an apology, it would have been cool. Instead, the manager and the girls working there acted like it was my fault and they were doing me a favor. Way to discriminate against disabled people Verizon, really classy. I am calling corporate next.
