“I visited today as a new client and had a great experience. The clinic clearly explains at booking that a consultation prepayment is required and that missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be charged, since they are by appointment only. They also explain these policies ahead of time and are understanding when true emergencies occur. The staff was very kind and did a wonderful job with my puppy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
“Over a year ago I started to go to Dr Jan with Koumei, my then 13 year old cat. We learn he had diabetes. They worked with me and my budget and we got my cat on some insulin. Cat saw Dr Jan almost every 3 weeks for 6 months before he passed away last year (2025) on Feb 23rd at 14.5 years old. After I called the office to let them know I got a card in the mail saying they were sorry for my lost. Then again I got another letter saying Dr Jan has made a donation to a very good cause.”
“Took my dog in for a lump under her neck, she got a clean bill of health as it was her collar causing issues. Staff was friendly. Dr was informative and kind. They gave us a sample dose of flea medication and put drops in her ears at no charge. Visit was extremely reasonable cost wise. I highly recommend.”

“I have a four month old American Bully puppy named Milo, and I have been bringing him to Mercy Crusade since he was eight weeks old. In my opinion, this is the best place to bring your fur babies. All of the staff here have been so friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. On top of that, all the staff are so sweet to Milo. I haven't had any issues with their walk-in services, nor with appointment scheduling at all. Lastly, doctor Rogers is by far absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable and informative, and you can just tell that she really cares about the people and their pets. If you want a great pet clinic with staff who you can trust, very reasonable pricing, along a great vet experience for your pet, then this is the place to go. Thank you, Mercy, Crusade!”
