I originally wrote a pretty nasty review about this pharmacy but they have since redeemed themselves and have provided me with EXCELLENT customer service. I will continue to use this pharmacy proudly.

I’m only here when I am in town for work but they NEEEEEVER have enough Dairy. It’s weird. It’s not the supply chain, the sea bridge location will have plenty.

My friend ordered a custom made cake , the initial order was taking over the phone and the employee reconfirmed the order , strawberry cake with black and white Frosting. The cake came with pink and white frosting and instead of adding cream cheese in the filling , they put a butter and sugar pink frosty . The cake was $45 dollars of disappointment. When the cake was picked out the employee stated that they were trying to reach my friend over the phone with not luck and they just made a strawberry cake. Unbelievable, we ended up throwing the cake to the trash due the the flavor and the dry bread that taste like a week old cake. Please do not visit this place unless you want to be dissatisfied.

Though Vons is no longer my regular grocery shopping spot due to insanely high prices and the Vons app not even being helpful in savings anymore, I still venture here now and then to get items that aren't at my usual reasonably priced grocery store. But the past few times now I seem to always end up with an expired item! Doesn't matter what department. It seems like there's just overall a lot of expired things on the shelves. It also seems increasingly empty when I go in. I understand companies had it hard during Covid but these prices and the declining quality of what's offered here is awful. The employees here are always wonderful and that's the sole redeemer.

I send my son at VONS to buy 2 orders of HABANERO CHICKEN which is is $5,00/order for FRIDAY deal, when i look at the package they were placed on paper bags. I took one out to transfer in plastic container, when i lift the paper bag the bottom collapsed . i think they should be place in plastic bags, it was a woman who sold the food. Good thing he brought his own bag , he is only walking, if not he will go home with the leaking paper bag no chickens, this happen 9;23 this morning 2/18

Honestly, the only reason I like this bond is cause of Jackie. If this women's pay ain't more than $20 a hour... she's to good for y'all. She's nice , remembers names, can easily start a conversation. Me and my gf always have a good laugh with her. Thanks Jackie for being our favorite person check out person

Now. I have to down grade considerably. My caregiver quit. I called pharmacy to have my meds delivered. Been 1 week, still, no meds. Luck its not life-threatening. Vons you blew ir!
