my daughter had a horrible experience at the pharmacy on Sunday. They were so unprofessional. she handed them the prescriptions. They let her know that they didn’t have it that it would come in on Tuesday. She needed it as soon as possible for her breathing conditions. and she is insisted that she needed it as soon as possible and if they could please get it for her sooner, they gave her a hard time the right thing to do would’ve have been I’m sorry we don’t have it in but let me send you to another pharmacy that can get it for you. My daughter literally had to beg she was in tears before they responded to her to wanna help her very unprofessional. They need to be a little bit more compassionate towards our customers and their needs.

Vons website says hours are to 8 pm they shut down at 720 pm gonna change my pharmacy to Walgreens

We have been using the pharmacy at Von's Rose Avenue for a long, long time. The manager Rashel B. goes out of her way to make sure we are well taken care of.She is #1 in our family.Dan & Joan Dolby

I was just stopped by security at von. The guy was racist since he saw me. He stated looking at me like if I was going to steal something. I get he's security but why follow the customer around.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PHARMACY I would give it NO stars if I could I got my initial Covid 19 vaccinations here last year in Feb. & Mar. then I got my first booster shot here in Oct. 2021. Unfortunately, the pharmacy DID NOT send the booster shot info. to the Digital Covid 19, Calif. site. So they do not have the information that I received that first booster shot. I went back to the pharmacy & they said they 'fixed it' but so far nothing! I want to get my second booster but I'm afraid that will complicate things further. I've tried going to the CA digital site, but haven't been able to correct my record. This pharmacy has caused me 2 visits, 3 phone calls & several hours of my time to try & get this corrected. All to no avail. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

I usually never shop at Vons but come here since it's close to where I live and hate going to the Walmart next to it. The employees at this location are so rude. I had 10 things in the express line, and the overwhelmed worker told me that this is an express line and next time to go to the other lines lol wtf. It was 10 items! Not like I had a whole grocery list of items lol

Had an appointment for 12:30 for a vaccine. Arrived at 12:16. The entire pharmacy is shut down. A sign reads that they are closed for a HALF HOUR lunch break between the hours of 12-1. I figure it's annoying and it'll probably interfere with my appointment time, but it shouldn't be any later than 12:45. At 12:30 a girl comes by and tells me they'll be open at 1. So not only did they take an hour long lunch, despite the sign saying it'll only be half an hour, but they allowed me to book my appointment for the middle of this lunch. I'm not gonna wait 45 mins for a single vaccine when I had my appointment made. Not cool guys!!

Pharmacy employee Linda Snow seemed to be in a great hurry to dismiss my request not even listening to what i was saying all whilst talking over and interrupting, all with a your bothering me type of attitude. For someone who works at a pharmacy, they should know better and should attempt to listen to the customer to better serve them and the community. Totally disappointing and upsetting experience. I love Vons and the pharmacy!! It's amazing they are always helpful and nice! They are super quick and I love the text when my prescription is ready for pick up.

If I could give a lower score I would the pharmacist helper or whatever he is was denying us the ability to use good rx not once but multiple times avoid this pharmacy I am not going to any vons pharmacy

I'm going to avoid this store at all cost. Grimy. Disgusting. Smells like urine. The carts with baby carriers are gross! Don't put your baby in there. For the prices they're charging on the inside the whole place should be nice and clean for us. Really gross. Can't get away fast enough. Camp are into other ones.... l*****

This is one of the best Vons locations i have been to in Oxnard. Its located in a nice neighborhood in town and it has a huge parking lot as well. I shopped here a few times on business trips we have taken out this way. I would always check every Friday at the Deli if they had the Filet fish meal for 5 dollars on Fridays. i dont know if many Vons are still doing those specials. Produce areas are always clean here. People that work here are always happy. Food is fresh here with great pastries in all. I love this Vons, Kind of wish i lived in Oxnard lol. Nah, i love the city i live in tho. I love this place, you never know.
