This our neighborhood Vons, and it’s beyond upsetting to be writing this review with deep disappointment and frustration after experiencing discrimination for the second time at here. I had hoped that my first encounter was an isolated incident, but sadly, it seems that this is a pattern here. During my recent visit I went with my family, where we were subjected to rude and dismissive treatment from a staff member again when checking out. Despite giving this establishment another chance, we were met with the same condescending attitude and blatant disregard for basic respect and courtesy. It's incredibly disheartening to witness such behavior in this day and age. Will no longer be returning.

I have always bought at Vons but I moved to Oxnard and in this store when I buy the market they charge me too much and I claim it and they refund the money and a few days ago I bought some things and they charged me $5 more that I have to go and claim but as I don't have a car I have to wait until it's my turn to go buy food because I'm going by Uber ?♀️

Beware of shopping here. Lots of scammers in the parking lot. I have seen people try to dash off with customer carts as they are existing the store. Fortunately the customer was able to ward them off. It’s Friday and I can see the scammers in the parking lot and have decided to go somewhere else. This Vons is targeted because it’s in an affluent part of the area. You are better off going to the Vallarta supermarket or Ralph’s. Seems to be less scammers.

Ordered a custom cake. They didn't do any frosting except for a crumb coat so you could still see crumbs on the sides of the cake. Piping was lazy and inconsistent. It looks like the person rushed through the cake design and didn't correct mistakes. The writing on the top of the cake is not centered and is shaky at best. DISAPPOINTED is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I would say decorate a cake yourself. Or buy one of there's that the regional cake decorator did because a worker told me that the best looking cakes in the display were done by the regional person. IF YOU WANT A CAKE TO LOOK GOOD DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Hopefully, it tastes better than it looks.

Btw I'm not normally someone who posts any negative reviews but this is bad.

Vons is my favorite grocery store. They have a great meat department and excellent ? ? and ? ? Sales clerks are very courteous and want to get you checked out as quickly as possible. Port Hueneme, California is where I go.

This review is solely regarding the MEN'S RESTROOM.
As I walked in to the restroom I was pleasantly surprised to see it so CLEAN . Well, I was also sleep deprived and I did not notice until AFTER using the toilet, that there was not a single roll of toilet paper to be found! That's one way to reduce employee overhead on cleaning duties. Got to hand it to you Oxnardian's SOMEONE stole the toilet paper and the holder.

I'd rather go to Vons than Ralph's seems like they have everything there you could want. The milk is more expensive than Walmart, but I always go here for shopping. The deli counter is nice. They have a good selection and always have sales on meat and cheese. The produce area is clean and organized. Meat selection is good with the butcher. Always willing to help with questions or slicing a steak. The cashiers are friendly and the baggers are quick. I go here probably twice a week. I will continue going here for as long as I live in Oxnard wow, I just can't say enough about this place. It has lots of parking and the shopping center also has a gym Jersey Mike's, a fisherman's catch, seafood restaurant, Chipotle mountain Mike's Pizza, and a couple other restaurants I'm forgetting about. I believe there's two nail salons and a beauty salon. All in the same complex of parking can get a little hectic sometimes, but there is always somewhere to park

They have great pre-packaged lunches that you can grab and go, they basically have everything you could ever want and they have a Starbucks inside along with hot chicken and fries. Ultimately it’s a great vons.

Latest and last review. I shop at Vons and about 1 month ago I purchased groceries and a loaf of bread that was moldy when I picked it up. I brought it back and it was replaced. 2 weeks ago I purchased groceries and milk for my grandchildren 5 days before the expiration date the milk went bad. I went to Vons today and picked up my groceries proceed to check out make sure I get my digital coupons and the checker was rude wanting to see my phone I told her no I clipped my coupons usually they just fix the problem not today and when I brought it to her attention she got a attitude this is unacceptable when I spending my hard earned money in your store so I left without my groceries thanks so much Yvette I will not shop in Vons anymore I will go to Ralph's

The cashier guy who is tall with grayish hair was rude with an attitude. I wonder why these stores always hire rude people at the cashiers. I think they don't care thinking that we have no choices.......

Average rent of the male grocery store. Nothing really special. Good for getting the basics, however the bakery and Deli are seriously lacking. Employees are friendly
