I always come here when i need to use Western Union. There is never a wait, and the transaction process is always smooth and quick. Easy parking right up front, I walk straight to the customer service/photo dept. and there's never a line and hardly any wait time, if any at all. In and out and on with my day. Great service!

soooo, this walgreens has one goal and one goal only, to be as rude as possible at customers . A black girl in there needs to get fired , no matter how nice you try to be ,she'll raise her voice as if your no suppose to be there. Fire her ! it's called customer service , like or not , regardless of being a pharmacists, you're just an order taker and customer service . The same skills are performed in a hotel receptions . Do you hate yourself ? good luck in life

This Walgreens is horrible. Forget placing an online order because most of the time they can't process it in their store because their system is slow. I had to walk in to get my stuff and their excuse was we are short staffed but the store only had 1 other customer. Management and employees are not very customer friendly. I'll choose another location or a CVS nearby.

I'm only giving Walgreens one star because I can't give them a big fat zero. Their pharmacy is horrible. They are so understaffed and the staff that is there is very rude. The drive-through wait is usually pretty long. When I go in to the pharmacy there are no smiles and the staff looks like they hate their jobs. Wake up Walgreens you need to get a store manager along with a pharmacy manager that knows how to manage. I only go to this pharmacy because my insurance makes me go there otherwise I would not be going there.

I don't understand why the pharmacy is always ridiculously short staffed? Takes a very long time just get your medication through the drive through line. I wish management could actually do something about this but the service has been subpar for years now.

Ben in the pharmacy is always super nice and efficient. He let's you know what's happening with your prescriptions and then follows thru. You guys need 10 more Bens.

I bought a PS4 live card at this location, they never activated the card. And now they're saying "all sales are final and we can't do anything" the least they can do is activate the card that I paid for.... I feel like I got my money stolen

Unbelievable! These folks at the photo counter went above and beyond to help. Needed some last minute prints for a LATE (my fault) present. I was able to upload my photos and drive to this location in Oxnard (Ventura & Fifth St.) to pick up by close. Wow! They were incredible. Thanks to the manager and staff!!! You guys rock. Birthday present was a home run because of you!

I got a call that my prescription order was ready to pick up so drove to the store. When I got there I stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for the order to be ready to go. Then it took him forever to get me to pay for it. Really really bad service today

My order was said to be ready at 11:50. Received the confirmation it was ready at 11:45. First, I knew I shouldn't have come here. I would've gotten as many 4x6 for free from Shutterfly as I wanted and paid the same amount I paid here but for shipping. I just would've had to wait a week maybe but I wouldn't have been limited to 150 pictures. Second, I never have had a good experience here. Ever! I ask the cashier girl to call for someone in photo. She said she would, never did. THREE employees wearing vests walked right by me while I stood at photo. Neither asked if they could help me nor greeted me. Finally after 5-10 minutes, someone did ask. She couldn't find my photos for 10 minutes. The place was so disorganized and had packages all around the floor as well. It's insane how this is allowed! Is this how Walgreens wants to be viewed or do their employees just not care anymore?

Walgreens 2851 Rose Ave Oxnard 93033, I would give it less than 1 star if I could. I went in to get a prescription and the Pharmacy Tech. (PM) was very rude and sarcastic. I had a friend in the car who had just come out of St. Johns emergency who needed his medications badly. Explaining this to the PM she took a lackadaisical attitude and was sarcastic as I did not have the friends medical i.d. and keep in mind the ER at St. Johns had sent the script in electronically. Long story short after her sarcastic comments I told her she was rude and that I was to complain to Corporate about the lack of personnel and she said "Tell them maybe they will hire more people" Tha Pharmacist failed to intervene while six to ten people were watching. I don't want to play the race card but I think that because this is a Mexican hood they lack the interest in customer service. All Walgreens I have been to I have experienced bad service but this one takes the cake. Go to Rite Aid or better yet a private pharmacy you will get treated like a human being. By the way, after she made me go outside to obtain medical i.d from my blind disabled friend that couldn't even speak she magically found his ins. info. on the computer. Stay away from Walgreens..especially on S. Rose Ave/Channel Islands
