This is for the pharmacy. We had a 10:45 appointment for a PCR COVID test. We went into the store and they told us to wait in the car and they would text us when they had finished the paperwork. (The first person we spoke to didn't even know what a PCR test was!). 40 minutes later they finally were ready. So inefficient and disappointing!

Absolutely horrible we ordered a canvas to be printed today and the sent us a email saying it will be done within a hour. With that in mind we showed up 2 hours after our estimated time and our canvas wasn't ready. When I came in to ask the worker about my product he blew me off. I asked him if he had a estimated time and his answer was "idk sometime today". I didn't get this associates name . But he was a heavy set guy that looked real dirty with a scraggly ponytail and a pencil mustache. I left the store to show up 4 hours later to pick up my product and it wasn't even complete I paid 140 dollars just for them to do my canvas wrong and for them to never notify me that they were out of the frames for my canvas. The associate Raymond was really good and he understood my frustration. So he went ahead a refunded me for my product as well as rebilling me for only 50 dollars. He made my experience a little less frustrating

Bruh I used to come to this Walgreens all the time but ever since I encountered some mf diva named Raymond I swore never to return. He had some stanky attitude and really bad breath. Not returning! Some management needs to say something to him or something!

I made an appointment for a Covid test and used the drive-thru. I will not go again aglfter my experience. The pharmacist rep-Gene was coughing on all paperwork, desktop and my test baggie, while he passed to me. I could see/hear him coughing the entire time. Plus, to top it off....he had NO MASK on. You'd think if someone is sick a PHARMACY would take precautions. This location does not.

What is the point of making an appointment for the vaccine if I'm still going to wait? My initial appointment, I waited 42 minutes . Today, for my second dose, I got to 27 minutes and got up and left. Appointments should take priority.

Pharmacist Fatima is a liar. She continually wastes my time with her lies. She told me that I shouldn't get a 10 ml vial because of bacterial infection and instead get 10 1 ml vials ( because she had them on hand). There is no evidence that 10 ml vials are dangerous. Nothing at FDA, CDC or manufacturer. Then months later I wanted a Covid booster. She told me I was ok to come in and just had to check a box on a form. Then she made a diagnosis of my medical conditions which she is not allowed to do and would not let me fill out the form. She is well known by all as a liar.

I've shopped at this Walgreens every week for the last two years and almost always make large purchases. In the last few weeks this Walgreens has added tall bars onto all shopping carts to make them more visible and harder to steal. On my most recent visit I bought a case of water, two 2 liters of soda, a 4 pack of monster, and various other groceries and beverages. Obviously this required a cart. I go to check out and as the cashier bags my groceries the bag rips. She grabbed a second bag to replace it, which also ripped. I think nothing of it; I'm used to carrying everything out in a cart anyways.But this cashier tells me the carts are no longer allowed out the doors, so I am expected to carry all of my groceries out to my car with ripped bags, no cart, and no assistance. I am one of the most frequent customers who spends the most money at this Walgreens, but with this new system and lack of customer service I will not be making any future large purchases at this location.

terrible service. has me sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to tell me COVID testing is by appointment only. I would feel a bit better if they didn't make me wait 20 minutes and wasted my time. I will not be doing business here moving forward

I have only been in here a handful of times. I would say that the highlight for me is that the store is generally clean and the staff are helpful. The dislike is that the price tag and discount system can seem strange at times. I went most recently for a clock battery and the staff were great with pointing me in the right direction and getting the right size. Similarly the time beforehand, I had gone in to use their photo center and was promptly assisted. It was easy to use the self service station and when I asked staff a few questions they fielded them with knowledge and suggestions. For having an obscure homeless population that camps on the perimeter of the location, the management seems to do a good job keeping the parking lots clean and clear. I feel like that makes a big impact for folks just stopping by on their way somewhere, since this location is in a busy intersection.
