New pharmacist with an ego the size of Texas has decided to refuse to fill pain medication for a cancer patient. How miserable do you have to be to make that type of decision. Don't even get me started on the mansplaining. Will definitely miss the previous pharmacist because this one is a PROBLEM.

Three hours with nobody answering the phone or it gets disconnected. Status on the app not updated until I get to the store (because it has never updated properly before) Then it updates as soon as I ask to out of stock. For a week. So glad you all drove local pharmacies out of business.
