By far the worst pharmacy here in Oxnard. Who closes their entire pharmacy department just for lunch for 45 mins while people who are in pain and sick need their medication? Text book example of gluttony and especially in appearance here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place..the people here have lost touch with humanity and don't care about anyone but themselves obviously they are Extremely rude and unprofessional.

It took some time to transfer my scripts from CVS to Walgreens, and I was pleased that LeeAnn and Deena were patient and kind. explaining meds, etc. And then 1 by 1 they left. Present day, two pharmacies closed (both west of Ventura Rd) with two stores on Rose. Issue #1 The pharmacy mgr is rude without cause. Be it on the phone or at the counter.
#2 Walgreens ( & most pharmas) only deal with digital scripts via online, SO when they closed vta rd/5th a note was posted that scripts would be sent to N.Rose. The issue with that N.Rose local, this pharmacy said they do not know anything about it. Filling 12 meds a month at a Walgreens 15-20 mins away and to get any status updates, it's a 10-13 min phone hold, if you're lucky. So its time to take action, and so I will go back to CVS ? I notify them Im putting ALL meds back to CVS, and call the S.Rose store.
#3 Walgreens site says 30 min refills, Also offering free sameday delivery with orders in before 3:30p.
#4 What the pharma status was posting something different. It is in-stock then NOPE, sorry, but then not here go to the other Walgreens.
So S. Rose knows that I'm moving ALL my scripts.
#5 Walgreens says same day delivery, yet it never came. I looked the next day, and the app said the package was still with courier and will be here at @3:30. I called Walgreens when I saw an update of 7:30 next morning.
#6 Pharmacy told me to call Door Dash❗️❓️❗️ Sorry, why? Because Door Dash is who Walgreens uses.
I did finally get my meds between 3:30-7:30.
#7 I am exhausted trying to get my scripts outta your storage. I had one script WGs filled, so I went to get it.
#8 So WG has 2 refills for a script, and I asked to have them sent to CVS, but N0, they can not do that. The Docs office has to call. Fine, I am already at WG, so I will wait, but N0pE, it's at
N.Rose, and they can not transfer between their locations. A complete waste of time because N0 0NE knows what they don't know. Why is there no clear communication? #9 Walgreens charged between $1.50- $20. per script while at CVS, it's ZeR0 $0

Pharmacy is awful. From not filling online orders for days, to chatting instead of helping patients waiting 20 minutes in line, to having the pharmacist take a lunch about an hour before the pharmacy closes so they can't do consults.
They used to be so friendly and quick, but all the staff has changed in the last year and service has gone downhill.

This pharmacy is horrible. They short your medication and when they’ve made the mistake they cop an attitude. I brought in a bottle to show them the last month’s dosage had been increased but they got rude. Good teamwork though because they all jump in and got each others back and aren’t afraid to team up on the paying customer. How dare we question their unorthodox methods. Stay petty and ready staff those darn paying customers need to be put in their place daily

I wish I could given a lower rate cuz of the poor customer service here. I just had a horrible interaction with one of there older employees she’s white with short blonde hair like a guys and blue eyes. Rudest person I’ve met in my life. I asked her for a simple ear cover and where I could find it, in the nicest way I could speak and here she comes yelling at me and looking at me like I’m stupid while talking down to me. I’m Mexican so idk if it was racially motivated but if it was I’m not having it this store owner should take this matter into his own hands before customers do cuz this was just inexcusable. I can’t believe they allow her to work with tht attitude she carries

To start this off i'd like to say that the manager at this Walgreens seems racist towards "CERTAIN" customers . As a customer this place was not very pleasant for me and made me somewhat uncomfortable as I felt I was being watched . A store should not make you feel like this ! Throughout my time shopping there I left the store as I felt very uncomfortable being watched . I DONT RECOMMEND THIS WALGREENS !
