I have been baking with Wells Fargo for a very long time and this has to be one of the worst locations I've visited. Bankers are usually very attentive to guests walking into the bank. I walked in and was not greeted. I then waited in a very long line and could not find anyone around to ask for help while in the lobby. It seemed all the bankers were in the back. A banker finally came out the back and shockingly helped a woman in line behind me first!!!! He helped her without even checking to see if the customers ahead of her in line needed to be helped first. I found it extremely rude to just be ignored in the lobby when my question took no longer than one minute to answer. I did not know until today that Wells Fargo no longer does temporary replacement cards and the banker could have easily answered my question while I waited in line and spared my entire wait. Instead he chose to help the most convenient person closet to him as he left the back room. Very unprofessional and I will not be coming to this location again!

I like it because they're open on Saturdays, I don't know if they still do that? But overall great and friendly they always receive you with a smile they don't seem judgmental compare to other places I been to

Nobody answers the phone for a simple question. Called over 10 times. The hold just hangs up on you. That's what I call zero customer service!

After 15 of being a loyal customer they finally made me regret ever banking with Wells Fargo. They will freeze you account and try everything to steal your money. Currently have a complain report and is unde investigation on the Wells Fargo lost prevention department for denying me access to my account. They don't even respect their management team that is trying everything they can do to help me recuperate my account. As a customer they only see you as someone they can steal from..

Stopped by to picked up some cash before my put off country trip. Customer service was ok. I had stopped inside a bank in awhile. I'm old school and love human interactions. Staff was friendly enough. Miss the days when they offered coffee and cookies but I heard the health dept cracked down on them.

Do not go here! Worst Wells Fargo I have ever been to. They only have two tellers and the wait time was horrific. I had heard it was bad here at this location not sure why I still decided to give this location a try. Never again will I steep foot at this location I’m even considering leaving Wells Fargo as a bank the experience here was that bad.

NEVER use this ATM, it jammed with my cash inside 12 days ago on May 14 and I still have not been credited my balance back.

Wells fargo is a scamming bank. I will not refer this bank to a single soul. Their frauds. Look at how many times theyvd been fined by the federal government for tKing money out of people's accounts because they are going bankrupt

I rarely have to go inside a branch to conduct banking business because my paycheck is direct deposited into my account and practically gone in mere moments to go to bills. Gone are the days of feeling hold hard cash in your hands, but mostly you simply wait for your money to magically be taken electronically. On the rare occasion I do need cold hard cash, I usually grab a quick $20 out of one of the 2 walk-up ATMs or go thru the drive-thru ATM. What's cool is that some Wells Fargo have ATMS where you can request your money in small denominations like ones or fives if you need it, but frustratingly, this branch doesn't have ATMs like that. So if I do need small bills, I have to make the trek inside the branch. The staff is always friendly here, but every time I've gone here in the past year - no matter what time - there's a line almost practically to the door. There never seems to be more than two or three tellers - and of course one of the tellers always seems to be occupied with a customer who has an exceptionally challenging case, so it's more like you're down to one teller. I saw one lady, waiting in line, throw her hands up, loudly say, "this is a joke" and walk out. All I can say is if you need to walk into the branch, be prepared for waiting in line awhile to be seen. Bring your phone and maybe play some candy crush while waiting in line. Or maybe you want to leisurely drink your coffee. And try your hardest to be patient.

Has to be the WORST customer service of any bank. Must start with the bank managerWith over 20 people in line, with plenty to do in their day besides stand in line, they only had one teller. Two other bank employees standing around and a "manager" doing absolutely nothing. And this happens EVERY WEEK. Need new management and bring back customer service.

Tried to open up an account on a Saturday, this Bank location (ESPLANADE) seems to be under staff and I wasn't able to open up an account. I COULDN'T BE HELPED. Customer service THUMBS DOWN ??.

Not enough bank tellers. Usually only one or two.. Highly under staffed!!!!!! Bank visits take about 30min for a straight business deposit!!
