I had a great experience checking in and getting my load. The lady that checked me in was patient and professional even though it took me a while to fill out the check in slip.
Everything took about an hour and half.

Check in starts at 0600 and they load you when they have product available
Got door after 8hrs and loading took less than 1hr. Good thing is they do have restroom for drivers.
