One of the employees there has an attitude and entitlement issues. I use Western Union at least once a week. I've went to numerous locations in Oxnard to make my transactions and this is the only one that refused to make my transaction on account of my middle name not being included.What makes it even more irritating is that I just picked up money from the same person, at the same location, with the same employee under the same conditions and they made the transaction.This time she said, "she already warned me." This tells me she knows it's a legal legitimate transaction that will go smoothly, yet she is confused on her job there. I don't believe its her job to "school" me but its to smile and be polite and serve her customers. It is a service job. I hope the manager to this establishment reads this and has a discussion with his employees because the next comment I'm filing is with the better business bureau and western union.
