such a terrible experience at this location in Oxnard. I had a coffee while looking around and shopping and an employee took my drink without explaining drinks weren’t allowed. No signs in sight of no beverages or food either. They need better managers and employees that aren’t rude and don’t take personal belongings!

I don't know what has happened to this store. It used to sell beautiful dresses and now it looks like a street walker is their buyer. Don't waist your time here.

Store closes at 8 but they don’t allow customers shop comfortably 10 min before they close every worker comes up and tells you where closing. Never again I will take my time & money elsewhere. If I can give a 0 I would.

We had an awesome experience going into Windsor for a last minute 21st bday outfit for my daughter today. Paloma was so helpful in helping her find what she wanted. She was so friendly, patient and accommodating. Such great customer service!

Stopped by to check out some dresses. Unfortunately, didn't find anything age appropriate for me at almost forty. Great customer service though. Well organized and for those younger dressing gals, this could be the spot for you. I am a bit of a granny. LoL! I am very modest with my attire. Not knocking this place at all as everyone was super sweet !!!

Lots and lots of cute cute cute dresses and friendly helpful staff! Its so nice that there's still a quality brick n mortar store out there with a great selection of affordable dresses! I absolutely HATE online shopping and the styles at ross ect ect are awful. I MUST try on a dress in order to buy it. Online shopping is terrible and I'm so grateful that Windsor is still going strong! I wanted to try on every dress! I love it and will be back!

The place is small, therefore there is not as much variety of dresses as I expected, however, the attention of the staff is very good. I give it 4 stars since the application shows inventory that there was not physically (which is why I decided to go there from the beginning, thinking that there were certain items), other than that, they have quality clothes and I do recommend it

Service was great! The dresses were all so gorg but for my school I need a more modest dress. Most stores have a very limited selection of modest dresses and this unfortunately being one of them. I didn't end up buying anything because of this reason and by all means this is not the store it self's fault, but I would like a more inclusive modest collection of clothing.

Great shop for dresses! Cocktail dresses. Dance dresses. Party dresses! Other clothing options too but we come here for the dresses!

I was in need of dresses and was going to be thousand dollars worth or dresses and they kicked us out early. Very unacceptable for them to close at 4:30 instead of 7pm regular time they close. Don't recommend this place the collection is nice but this store is horrible. Service is awful!

I haven't been in a Windsor for a million years. It's a bit too young for me these days but I was able to pick up a few things. I called because I need to swap some sizes (as I didn't try on) and the girls that helped me were very good. I would recommend the store and will stop back in from time to time ?
