Yet, they gave my shipment information to the police department and had me arrested. Lost my goods and didn’t receive any refund. DON’T TRUST this unprofessional company that breaks it’s own policies!!!!!! There should be minus stars on this review, but there isn’t an option for it.

If I could have given minus stars I would have. They have terrible customer service. The person on the phone was rude and aggressive, he made me feel like I owe him for doing his job. They ended up not delivering my shipment and threatening to return it so I had to drive 90 miles back and forth to do the pick up by myself.
I do not recommend XPO.

Constantly late and rescheduling due to “overcapacity”. Unprofessional and rude staff.

Our company had a component shipped to us by another company using XPO Logistics. When the truck got to our facility, we were told they were going to charge us $150 to unload the cargo, which was a small unit on a pallet (the driver had a pallet jack and the trailer had a gate lift). When said I would try to get a forklift to avoid the unfair charge, the driver said he wouldn’t wait for me. We were desperate for the component and it caused a bit of a panic. We weren’t involved in choosing a shipper nor were we notified that we should be prepared with a forklift or be charged to unload the freight

I was suppose to get a delivery(truck hood and two fenders) on a specific day (my day off) and was called and told that it wasn’t going to come until the next day(my second day off) which I was also ok with, they just said it would be there from 10-2. I said I was alright with that so I stayed home and nothing came. The following day came and I was at work and got a call saying it was going to arrive, but I normally work from 7:15 to around 8pm, occasionally getting out sooner. I was told to pick it up between 6:00pm-6:30pm. I obviously couldn’t make it. I came to pick up May package my following day off but I only have a car so I wanted to pick up the fenders first and hood later that day when I had a truck available. The woman in front was kind and getting my information and said normally they don’t allow packages to be picked up individually, which is understandable, but she said she would ask. She went to the back to the man who was getting my package and I could hear her explaining I didn’t have my truck and only had my car. The response I heard was “I don’t give a f@*k!” But I don’t believe they think I heard that. She politely came back up and was explaining it couldn’t be done and that it’s one package. Knowing I didn’t have my truck they pulled my package around as if I was going to load it up. I signed for my package and now I’m waiting on a friend with a truck to come by to take it to my house, so that I don’t leave it laying here. I was also told I was lucky there was no holding fees for having it there since the day THEY failed to drop it off. I wouldn’t need a truck if it was delivered as promised. This shouldn’t be the customers fault especially when it is supposed to be dropped off at home. Wouldn’t recommend.

They don't communicate in the office with each other waisting our time and frustrating us. They have also failed to be on time with shipments many times when scheduled. Ship with someone else whenever possible.
