My experience purchasing parts here today was very disappointing.
I ordered brake parts, including rear calipers, on 6/20. I was told one of the calipers was on backorder and would take about five days. I never received a call, so I followed up myself and was told it had arrived. I drove to the store, only to find out it hadn't. They reordered the part, and I had to wait again.
Yesterday, I received a call saying the part was ready, so I returned to the store today. This time, there were two calipers—but both were the same part number, meaning I was given duplicates of the same side. After wasting over a week and making multiple trips, I was understandably frustrated.
What made the situation worse was the attitude of the woman who claimed to be the manager (on 6/28/25, around 6 PM). She showed no apology, no accountability, and instead gave me attitude, saying it wasn’t her fault and acting like there was no issue at all.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but a manager should take ownership and show basic customer service. Her dismissive attitude was the most disappointing part of the entire experience. I’ve interacted with other employees here who were courteous and helpful, but this particular encounter made me question whether AutoZone values its customers. With that kind of leadership, it's easy to see how a store could start losing business.
I ended up canceling everything. I’ll be going to a different store.

Christopher F is amazing! I was having trouble with my battery so I came into AutoZone and Christopher helped me figure out exactly what was wrong, choose the parts needed, and helped me understand how to replace it. He went above and beyond.

My son and I were trying to install a new alternator in his truck, neither one of us having done that before. After about an hour of struggling with it, I wasn’t sure what we were going to do. So I went inside the store and asked if there was a mechanic that I could pay to get some advice.
The guy at the counter, Chris F., stopped what he was doing and came out to take a look. A lot of people would have said, “you need to do this or that” and left us to finish the job. Chris started picking up tools and within 15 minutes, he had our alternator properly installed.
I offered Chris some money for his help, but he wouldn’t accept, saying only that “if you do good things for people, it will come back to you”.
Thank you so much Chris, and I hope a lot of good things come your way!

Went to buy in some windshield wipers and got helped out by Cherokee. She was great and knowledgeable and even helped me install the new ones. Great service!

Terrible staff, dirty parking lot. I think the managers name is Denise and she is rude and clueless. I've been given the wrong parts twice by this person so I will never shop here again.

This place is warm and friendly. Stephen at this Autozone was awesome. Okay, let's face it changing wiper is typically no big deal to replace until you own a 2017 Toyota Tundra. Wiper blades are specific to this vehicle and are not easy to locate at many auto parts stores. Stephen went completely out of his way to find the right blade for my vehicle. I highly recommend this auto part store.
