Unattended most of the time, You end up calling customer service and leaving a message just for general info. Account specific info can only be handled by the facility not customer service so you are our of luck if you happen to choose this place. Facility is nice & clean but ever since Public Storage acquired this site, the office is closed.

My husband called and arranged for our rental with a representative over the phone, then sent me in to sign the lease and move our belongings in. Unfortunately, when we arrived, nothing had been set up correctly. Michelle was there to help, and she got everything straightened out with a smile and a positive attitude - something that seems rare these days! We left as happy, satisfied customers.

The employee Michelle was very nice very very well knowledgeable on storage and I give her five stars in public storage. Five stars because they are awesome.

Huge thank you to Michelle for helping us the perfect storage unit for all of our stuff. We went over to the Public Storage in Pacheco,CA and she made us feel welcomed!! Billing cycles are messy since taking over from Central Self Storage, paid in advance in person on 12/27/24 for rental for Jan 2025 and my receipt states no past due and next due date for payment is 2/1/25 but they continue to inform my account is past due, big dissatisfaction, clarification needed ASAP😣

I went to storage today to handle some administrative paperwork and Michelle was extremely helpful with the process. She was professional, considerate, kind, patient, and joyful.

Is the safest and most secure story space in the East Bay however, their hours are very tight only open until 7 PM which means that you probably can only access your unit on the weekends. This this is a big disappointment.

One employee was great then the other was a nightmare. She made my life a living hell for over 2 weeks. Over something petty she just wanted to abuse her power and be a bully.
