The people here are reliably good. I go to a lot of FedEx locations with my job to ship environmental samples and some of them have been not so good. This is never overcrowded and you know your stuff is going to go right out. It has relatively extended hours.

Delivery from this fedex location was marked as delivered on 2/25 to another house in my neighborhood and was apparently signed for by that house. I left no instruction on the package to be delivered to another residence. Clearly the driver marked the package as delivered when it was not as it went out for delivery and was scanned again on 2/26. I cannot place a hold or delivery to a fedex location on this package because it was marked as delivered. I cannot get ahold of anyone to fix the problem either.

- stars, not a very Happy customer, on 2/10/25 at 15:29 FedEx had a delivery at my Facility and driver left a door tag on our warehouse door. He didn't even come to the office trailer that is 12' away, walk up 5 steps and knock on the door. He was able to get in our yard, gate was open. 3 company trucks parked in our yard and 3 guys in the office waiting for the package. Driver didn't put any effort to make the delivery. He was quick to right a tag and bounce. I am assuming customer service is not high on the FedEx List. of things to work on. There should be a way to turn drivers around when they are too lazy to put effort to make deliveries. I would not recommend using FedEx for any deliveries. Drivers are costing the company money to re attempt deliveries just for being lazy. They are costing the company $200 to $300 dollars for a $50 dollar package delivery. Not very smart for business.

Staff is great so helpful and I recommend this location. I have come here at least 4 times and always great customer service!!

I love having this place so close to me. Always a quick drop off sometimes I’ll have to wait maybe five minutes or so, which is not bad at all and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Went to FedEx today between 10:30-11:30. Walk in the lady with the dyed hair is helping someone. Then after she’s done she tells me to give her a second and kinda gives a dirty look. Comes back with her manager/supervisor claiming that my package stinks. Not really clarifying anything at all. Manager asks if I’m shipping something specific..can’t remember what but say no. I’m just shipping motorcycle tires. Manager was cool though. I asked the dyed hair girl how does it stink and she said it smells like marijuana. And says she was just following policy. Just felt targeted when I went in is. Pretty insulting and lays the policy card on me. Busy body. Ended up smelling a skunk smell when I walked outside after my short interrogation. So that was fun.

This location lost a package worth over $500. They apparently delivered it to the wrong address or so their customer service representative (with a heavy Indian accent) said and that they were going to pick it up and redeliver it… well, it’s still not here days later and after calling again they say I now need to take it up with the retailer - not them. So apparently FedEx takes ZERO accountability for their locations, drivers, etc. when it comes to YOUR stuff. Totally inept from top to bottom. I’d NEVER use this company to ship if you can avoid it. No contact information for this location (or any other) they just outsource their problems to India or some other overseas location. Probably have a driver who just took it home, to be honest. How does a package with a name and shipping label clearly printed get dropped off “at the wrong house”?? In checking my cameras around my home a FedEx truck didn’t even drive down my street that morning their tracker said it was delivered. I think this Pacheco location has a thief for a driver. Corporate must tolerate this kind of ineptitude because this isn’t the first time FedEx has screwed up in my experience.

My package was supposed to be delivered at the military base. It says it was delayed due to security. Which doesn’t make sense because delivery trucks are let through all the time. I am disappointed. Especially the fact that I could be contacted to figure out a way to receive my package if that was an issue. Now I have to figure out a way to receive my package . And this was supposed to be express shipping. 0 out of 5
