This location lost a package worth over $500. They apparently delivered it to the wrong address or so their customer service representative (with a heavy Indian accent) said and that they were going to pick it up and redeliver it… well, it’s still not here days later and after calling again they say I now need to take it up with the retailer - not them. So apparently FedEx takes ZERO accountability for their locations, drivers, etc. when it comes to YOUR stuff. Totally inept from top to bottom. I’d NEVER use this company to ship if you can avoid it. No contact information for this location (or any other) they just outsource their problems to India or some other overseas location. Probably have a driver who just took it home, to be honest. How does a package with a name and shipping label clearly printed get dropped off “at the wrong house”?? In checking my cameras around my home a FedEx truck didn’t even drive down my street that morning their tracker said it was delivered. I think this Pacheco location has a thief for a driver. Corporate must tolerate this kind of ineptitude because this isn’t the first time FedEx has screwed up in my experience.

Poor customer service they cant answer where is the exact location of my package they keep transfer to another representative . Also make sire that your call center give accurate status

My package was supposed to be delivered at the military base. It says it was delayed due to security. Which doesn’t make sense because delivery trucks are let through all the time. I am disappointed. Especially the fact that I could be contacted to figure out a way to receive my package if that was an issue. Now I have to figure out a way to receive my package . And this was supposed to be express shipping. 0 out of 5

I’ve never wittena review , but the customer service here was amazing !! I had time sensitive documents that were delayed and tracker said it was still in oakland. Then I called fedex and they said it was at this location but i would not be able to obtain it since there is “too much volume” and they couldn’t help me. Determined and down to a deadline, I drove to this location and very nice lady named “Rishan” (sorry if i spelled this wrong) went above and beyond to locate it . With the help of some other coworkers they looked for a while and located it and I was able to submit these documents right on time down to the last minute .Be more like these folks!

The one on Sutter Street was outstanding great service. The one in Pacho was a joke. They don't do services. They are terrible

Not only was packaged delayed, i was not notified of the extended delay. Only after contacting customer service was i made aware my package would be an additional 4 days delay.

Remind me not to visit this store anymore. I was lucky, had a service representative so rude and unprofessional. He rejected one of my packages. I have to waste my time by going to another Fedex store were no issues. They need more training on customer service. Experience there was poor

They are supposed to deliver my son's injection driver said he can't deliver because he cant get in the gate because he needs a code but i live in a duplex so no code required so he is been going to wrong address. I mention this them already but he still going to different place.... Smh so unprofessional.
