Just finished leasing a storage space at public Storage. Sandy, the agent at the store, was great! She took me through the steps and walked me around the complex to find the exact size I needed for a motorcycle.
Couldn’t have been better!

I’ve had a unit at this location twice, and each time the ladies who have helped me (Sandy and Sally) have been so outstanding and accommodating, with such an ease of communication. I am moving out of state and just closed up my most current unit with them and honestly, Sally made me not want to go! Excellent people working here and a very easy location to access.
Thank you Sandy and Sally for making my partner and my live’s easier during stressful times of moving!

Sandy was beyond helpful. Went out of her way to show my mom and I multiple units so we felt secure about making a decision. She was helpful with the units, with the rental agreement and with a few details that needed to be ironed out. Recommend this storage unit space for sure and if you get to work with Sandy, that's icing on the cake!

Well taken care of facility. Bluetooth box to open/close the gate never worked for me with the app, but I think that was user error & typing in the code was never problematic. Once my stuff was removed, before my move out date was reached, they called to make sure it wasn’t broken into. Best storage place I’ve used.

This was the first time I utilized a public storage space, and my experience was awesome. Every single person I dealt with was easy to work with, knowledge, and helpful. I was going through a difficult transition in my life, so this was beyond appreciated. The grounds are well kept, the staff was awesome, which made this a very positive experience for me. I felt that they listened to me and did their best to guide and help me. Great customer service! I recommend them highly! Thank you!

I recently rented several storage units at your facility and Michelle was over the top helpful with everything I needed. She even went with me and inspected each unit to insure they were clean and in good condition. Overall I'm very impressed with the entire place. The bathroom was even spotless. Thanks again Michelle. I will give a negative 5 review if I can So I rented a unit for about a year and never missed a payment and had no issues When I was relocating, I cleared everything out which both office assistant helped with the process and when I was done I checked in with them to make sure I'm good to go They both said I was as long as everything is been cleared and I will not need a receipt or sign anything binding me to the contract even though I insisted on a receipt for my clearance which they refused Unknown to me they did not clear me out of their system and have been billing me and continue to bill me for over 2 months pretending they are unaware of my relocation and me vacating the place. Now they have a lein on me and trying to put me through collections
1)CAN U SO CALLED FORTUNE 500 BILLION DOLLAR OPERATION STOP BOMBARDING ME WITH PHONE CALLS, EMAILS AND VOICE MESSAGES KNOWING I DO NOT OWE U A DOLLAR AND A DIME?
YOU CANNOT BLAME ME FOR THE MISTAKE AND NEGLIGENCE OF UR WORKERS BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO CHECK ME OUT OF THE SYSTEM AND DO U THINK U CAN COERCE ME INTO PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT OWE? AN EMPTY STORAGE?
Stop masquerading under the guise of a fortune 500 co operation while stealing from regular people who don't owe you a dime AND OH.... SHOULD I TALK ABOUT HOW MANY TIMES THE RENT WENT UP IN LESS THAN A YEAR OF RENTING REGARDLESS OF THE LEASE TERMS? I guess that will be a discussion later
