The white guy was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I had a tire blowout and got my car towed here after I already called and he said it was not problem. When I showed up he saw my skin color and he started being disrespectful saying he couldn’t help me because I got my car towed there which doesn’t make any sense because is this not a mechanic shop? He then said he was the manager and just was over all very rude and disrespectful. Thank you to the Mexican guy who came and apologized and changed my tire. And to the white guy, smd!

Save your money, time and sanity and just go to another tire shop! They will sell you bad tires and play you for a fool!
They sold me a used tire that already had a nail on it! When I asked about it they said it could just be patched and it would be fine! They being the tire “experts” I took their word for it! Not even a month after I had to go back because I kept losing air on the tire! They told me it couldn’t be repaired and I had to buy another tire…I told them that I was just there and there’s no way I could just spend more money on another tire! Now they told me they would take care of the tire with no charge…what they did was repair the tire AGAIN without my knowledge and moved the tire from the back to the front! I keep losing air and decided to take it to another tire shop where they told me the repair patch was already too big to be re repaired and that it was leaking air from that patch!

do not shop here!!! garbage service they say they open till 6 lie they work what ever hours they want completly inconsistent with their work hours !!! pos service!!! will be leting the bbb know they can close when ever they feel like it do yourself a favor and avoid this shop!!! if you want respect save yourself some time go somewhere else!!! zero stars!!!!

I actually met the owner of RT Tire over the weekend outside of business and he struck me as a really kind, genuine guy. So I decided to give them my business, and I’m glad I did. The same positive impression carried over into the shop. He was just as professional, personable, and easy to work with as when I first met him. Great experience all around, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend RT Tire if you’re looking for honest, reliable service!

Love RT Tire! Great service, great prices. Went in needing 4 new tires and was present with options at several price points. Install was fast. Went back shortly after with a low tire and once again great friendly service and a quick fix. I’ll be telling everyone to use RT Tire!

A tire patch was needed on my SUV due to two nails being in the tread area causing air loss. I informed the attendant that I preferred inside patches. They get the job done and after a week not driving the car, I noticed the tire was low again. I took the car to my local tire shop in Brentwood. The shop revealed that two plugs had been installed, one of which was leaking. Despite the request for inside patches, the RT attendant opted for plugs, which damaged the tire by widening the hole. The Brentwood shop successfully installed inside patches, and the tire is currently holding air. Recommendation: It is advisable to avoid this service provider due to their lack of honesty and tendency to choose easier repairs that may lead to additional costs.

It's easy to find it, at a shopping plaza with parking. They are kind-hearted and honest, with a big inventory of gently used tires and reasonable prices. I got two run flat tires to match my other run flats. They work swiftly and got me out of there in no time. I recommend this place.

Prices are the best here compared to anywhere else and the staff are on point and quick. Especially Misayel he is very on point and fast. Also there was another person who explained some wheel rubbing issues, glad to have some people who know what they’re doing, didn’t experience rubbing but they knew it wasn’t the same specs as OEM and let me know.

Great service, got a nail in my tire and Tim checked it out and told me he recommends a patch since the tires were higher quality and it would be a better fix. I agreed and they knocked it out in less than an hour.
Also purchased my wife's car tires from here and they have the best prices and service 👍🏽

Had to stop in to get a new tire because I'm trying to get a light inspection pass on my car and was told my one tire missed by a little bit. Went in after hearing good things about RT Tires. The team was very helpful, kind, got me in and out, and not pushy at all. I've never had to get only one tire before and currently just need it this time. I'm glad it was such an easy experience after the headache I have had with DMV etc.
