I'm a bit disappointed to have to give RT a 4 star review as historically I have had good experiences with them. Their prices and selection tend to be very good, and I have had good service in the past.On my most recent visit a couple weeks ago (11/9), I purchased and had installed a set of 4 higher end tires (275/35/21). The price was very reasonable ($850 out the door), and they could install them right away. I walked down the street for some coffee, and the vehicle was ready when I came back. If my experience ended there, it would have been 5 stars. Unfortunately, that Sunday (11/12) I noticed the car was missing its lug caps on one of my wheels. I know they were present prior to the install as I had coincidentally taken a picture the day before they put the new tires on and the car was in the background where you can clearly see them (and who the heck would steal lug caps, especially off only one wheel). RT was closed as it was Sunday so I went the following Monday (11/13). When I went in, I asked the person at the front desk if they had any missing lug caps. He said their side had nothing to do with the installs as they just sold the tires so he sent me to the back. A young man came out and tried to help me, claiming they had just cleaned the shop and they hadn't seen any caps. He searched the back and checked a couple spots up front. He also had me check my spare tire and glove box, but no luck. He then took down my number telling me his manager would call me, but it's now been a week and a half with no callback. If they had found my lug caps, offered to replace them (we're talking less than $20 in parts), or even offered me like $15-20 in future credit, I wouldn't be docking them a star. Unfortunately they didn't even bother to call back so here we are. So bottom line is I still recommend RT, but make sure to double check their work and ensure you have all your lug caps!

I've been buying all my tires that RT for about 10 years now. In all that time I've only had one tire that has had a problem and they took care of it right away. I am very happy with tires and service and have continued to return again and again

I've bought a used tire from RT tire a few months back and that tire was ready to be replaced again today. I came in and right after me about 3-4 other customers showed up. The guy asked me what I needed and and so on. Told me the price then took my keys didn't say anything else. After 15-20minutes once I see others who came in after me were getting their cars pull to the back. I went and asked the guy behind the counter did you want me to pay now then he said no.I waited another 15-20min then I see some techs were not busy so I thought maybe they forgot about me and I wasn't mad, so I went and asked if they know how much longer this is going to take. Mind you that my car hasn't even been looked at or anyone knew what was going on. Tech went and ask the gentleman who took my car and keys to see how much longer. He then came back and said 45min.So you're telling me after waiting for about an hour, now you're telling me another 45min! Had you told me that from the get go I wouldn't wait around. But that wasn't the case since few other customers who came in after me were helped and about to be done.Then I said to him im just gonna go can't wait that long, he didn't apologize or at least admit to his mistake, then simply said yea we're buys today. Well you have 2customers whom you were working on and I was the thirdFrom what it looked like, but the other 3 customers who came in after me was about to be finished.Then he couldn't even find the my keys to the car.

I've been going here for years now and I've never had a bad experience. I'm writing this because they deserve 100 stars in my opinion. Today I walked in expecting to replace two tires . James walked up to me and treated me like family. He said, " you were just here in march , what's going on?" They checked the tread which is still good and instead of selling me tires I didn't need they pulled out the nails and patched me up. I was there 15 minutes and spent 40 bucks! They have integrity that is nearly impossible to find anymore. James, Tim and the entire staff will take care of you no matter what your budget, or tire needs are. I can't give a review good enough for them. I will always take my business to them

Although they did not have the tire I was looking for in stock,they were very friendly greeted Me at the door upon entering told Me to check back in about a week for the tire I am looking for.The tires they sell are in good condition and cost about half of what new ones cost. If You need tires they are worth checking out.

I had a very positive experience with the manager at the R/T Tire when I went in last week. It's always refreshing when a service professional takes the time to listen to your concerns and provides an honest assessment of your situation rather than trying to upsell you unnecessarily, so I wanted to take the time to write a review. In this case, I saw that my front driver's side tire needed replacement due to cracking on the sidewall, so I brought it right in. The manager conducted a visual inspection of my tire within a minute of my arrival and agreed with my assessment that it should be replaced. However, since they didn't have my odd-sized tire in stock, they offered me the option to wait a couple of days for them to order and have the tire(s) ready for me. The manager also was very direct in that if I wanted to be extra safe and get it somewhere else that had it in stock now, he would completely understand. Again, that to me speaks to the integrity of R/T Tire, and I think that shows up in the other reviews on Yelp; they are legit.The fact that the manager gave me a ballpark quote for the replacement tire(s) shows that they were transparent about the potential costs involved, and it allowed me to make an informed decision about when and how to proceed. I also appreciate the speed in which they work, and in general, they seem friendly not only with customers but with each other on their team.Overall, I wanted to give a shout-out about a good local shop, a friendly and helpful manager who prioritized my safety, and that this is a place that doesn't push for getting business, or for unnecessary upsells. This kind of customer service can leave a positive impression and build customer trust. I will definitely come back.

I had a great experience with RT TireMy AWD car had an unfixable problem with an expensive 10-month old tire. The guy where I bought it (large tire co) said I’d have to buy four new tires ($1400)Sam at RT was able to find the same brand/size with same wear amount in FL and had it shipped/installed in a week. It saved me $1200!When I returned to have it installed, Jason and Alicia were fabulous. It’s a pretty busy shop- but they have good products at a fair price. Their customer service is outstanding. I’ll be giving RT more of my business

the pricing and quality of their tires are amazing, the workers are friendly, their store is well - kept but as nerve wracking as it is having them drive your car around the block where you can’t see it being worked on then two different workers slam my car door so hard it sounds like it broke and then when i go to inspect my car this is what i see on the driver inside door and other part of door trim

I went in last week needing 2 front tires (one was so bad it was going to bust any moment). Got a quick quote over the phone & drove right over. I was greeted warmly as I was kind of panicking the whole way there hoping I would make it. My car was done in less than 30 minutes & my car feels so smooth & SAFE now. Thanks guys, I'll be back soon to do my rear tires. It's nice to have a shop where you can buy quality used tires, especially on an emergency basis. Thank you for giving me peace of mind!!

I have been going to RT Tires for a while now. Today I brought in a flat and was fully prepared to buy a new one but RT found a puncture and fixed it. Other places would have sold me the tire anyway. They are always helpful and honest.

I brought my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and some nice tires that I got online (~300 for 2) and they told me I had bought the wrong ones n I'm very glad they checked cause I had bought ones that were slightly off so they were able to get the right ones with the same quality for not much difference in price! (~380 for 2) along with the installation price of 25 for each. When I came back to get them installed apparently someone had stolen my blown tire and they were very understanding and told me of some ways to get a new rim to put the new tire on and I found one and came back n they not only put the new tire on the rim they balanced said rim along with putting my spare back in the compartment while also finding the hook that holds it in place (cause I hadn't put it in the most obvious place ?) it wasn't much but it's the little things. Great service! Great price! Fantastic employees!

My local tire shop told me that my tires needed replacing. They quoted me $750. Costco quoted me $650. RT Tire quoted me $464 for four brand new tires plus installation. I took my car over and they told me that while they would be happy to sell me new tires, I really didn’t need them—and showed me why they thought that. Turns out my tires weren’t even close to needing replacing. Great service and motivated to help the consumer rather than price gouge with unneeded work.
