“Top Shop Auto has serious expertise for care and maintenance of a ton of car types including Land Cruisers, Lexus LX570s and other off road (and on road) vehicles. They won’t be the least expensive but if you care about long term quality care of a vehicle, they’re a great choice. And yes, I am an actual reviewer. Just took my Lexus GX460 there for a basic oil change and transmission fluid drain and fill.”

“I've used the Repair Shop with Sal and his crew a bunch of times over the last couple years. They have always done great work at a reasonable price which is becoming harder to find these days. They are also a customer first shop and are great about explaining the work they think you need and cost before they start. If you have any questions or issues with the work done they do everything possible to answer those question or will ask you to bring the car back to look at any issues you might have. They are my go to shop because of all of these reasons. Don't hesitate to give them a try.”

But, I am not selfish so here goes.If you are looking for an honest, personable, talented mechanic you need go no further than Justin's Auto Care (JAC). For many years, my family and many of my neighbors have gone to JAC. Whether it is diagnosing issues or simply doing the car maintenance, Justin does excellent work and is always fair. It is amazing to have a great mechanic and outstanding person right in our neighborhood. It is a family run business and they treat you well. Car mechanical issue are never fun but it is nice to have someone you can trust to help work through them. Happy to have JAC So close. If you go there one time, I bet you will become a regular (well when your car needs something). Cheers!”

“I needed regular maintenance for my 2019 Toyota Highlander. I've used Stress-Free before and they have always been reliable. So I called, made an appointment and went in last week. What I needed only required 1.5 hours, so I chose to go get breakfast and wait. During that time, I received several updates via text including pictures. They advised me on what I needed to do soon on the car as well as maintenance I could delay. It was an easy and pleasant experience. I will bring my other car in soon.”

“I've owned 3 Volvos and generally familiar with what typically goes wrong with them (V70, V50 T5, XC90 T8). All of them previously serviced at Lawrence / Walnut Creek like clock work. 1) I appreciate the Volvo knowledge of talking directly to these guys versus the typical Service / concierge person having to check in with the mechanic at the dealership. Explanations received and competency is just better likely due to experience and less turnover. 2) Price of doing very basic things like cabin filter, scheduled service and brake / rotor is way more reasonably priced. Price of doing major ticket items is also way more reasonable. So regret not finding these guys years ago.”

I brought my 1994 brown chevy k1500 truck in to the shop,and wanted to have the problem found,and turned out I needed a transmission rebuild,and the owner there was really nice a very caring about his customers,and there prices were outstanding as well.
Finally, I want to give the owner/mangers a very big thank you cause one of the workers taught me how to use the 4wd feature in my truck
and to be honest I know this review only goes up to 5 stars but I give you guys 6 stars for sure”

“They are really the best smog shop I've used in Concord especially. The people are super cool and understanding and really patient. it is always clean or being cleaned to uphold their awesomeness. Cashiers are friendly and cool too. Prices are right on and u can get your exercise take a walk across the street to the Chef store....while I wait but they're fast so don't get carried away cheffin it up.”
“This was our second time around with AAMCO Transmission in Concord. The first time was a few years back when we replaced the transmission in a 2007 Chevy. The quality of work, attention to detail and great customer service is the reason we went back with our 2010 Rav Four. Let’s just admit when you have a transmission issue, it’s a toss up, do we get the work done or just buy another car. There is quite a bit to consider. We greatly benefited from Wesley’s expertise.
Now that it’s all said and done we made the right decision. We would also like to point out that after the job was done and the “bill” was paid, Wesley and his staff were available for some small details that required attention.

“The shop owner of Pacheco Auto Car, Raj, is exceptional - from my first phone call to delivery on auto-care/repair, his customer service, experience, and expertise are top-notch. My daughter, now just 20 years old, found Raj when she was about 18 years old. Raj has repaired all of her car's issues and, is always at a fair price. Raj is kind, and accommodating and he does fantastic work. We just had our 1974 Chevy Suburban towed to Raj - it was all very last minute, but Raj was able to add our car to his list and enabled us to park our truck in his locked premises in the meantime. For us, Raj is just a quick 5 minutes away. If you are making a long drive, please know Raj and Pacheco Auto Care is well worth it!”
